Chris probably wouldn't have been recuffed for transfer if he hadn't been screaming and thrashing around on the floor constantly.

Then again it could just be standard procedure for everyone, and Chris just doesn't get it.

I mean put your self in Baggets place. Your called in to deal with a supposed adult who starts verbal combat, curse-me-whateverdafucks and while calling you a dang dirty troll and screaming for his mommy What would you think to do? :D

Taze him until he pisses himself, then put myself in for a commendation?

Well, to be fair to Chris, I'd be pretty traumatized if I got arrested. But that's because I've never been in trouble with the law before.
So would I. But two years later, I think the shock would've worn off for you or me. Chris still fumes over it like it was yesterday. His rage is the only thing about him that knows no entropy.

Eh, I think Chris is still angry about it because he's got nothing else to be angry about. He's managed to isolate himself from any source of stress or anxiety in his life, and (apart from the loneliness,) he's got nothing to ruminate about aside from a few instances like this. Maybe other people can get over it quicker than he can but other people have things going on in their lives that require their attention and can't bother themselves by getting worked up over something that happened years ago. And because he's got nothing else going on in his life, his mind won't let him drop the subject.

Plus, he's trying to play the pity card, and there's not a whole lot else that Cole would pity him for.

Some aspies have long memories. Chris could have eidetic memory.

He most certainly does not have eidetic memory. He just thinks he deserves such perfection from life that he never lets go of any perceived offense.

so little good happens to him that he has to latch onto the bad stuff so he can play it for pity points. his views are so skewed that he feels the slightest pity is positive reinforcement.

I think you're all missing the context. Let's look at the original (I edited them both together, as one leads off where the other begins):

Wrongfully handcuffed 5 times, spent over 12 hours, ALONE in a solitary confining Jail with our mother sharing the same jail time in another cell, cell blocks away!

Given that the rest of the tweet is about his arrest, I think it's safe to say he was handcuffed 5 times when he spent the day in jail. Of course Chris being Chris kept track of all the times they handcuffed him that day.

Though Chris probably has a count of how many times he's been handcuffed in general.

to be fair he did claim to be throwing tantrums in the jail cell:

My mother fought the police in my defense, and she was handcuffed and I was emotionally distraught, I screamed and Screamed and SCREAMED, until an ambulance came for my mother to take her to UVA Hospital; she was okay, but her Blood Pressure was high. I was driven to, entered and thrown into a cell block. At first for a while, I was as melodramatic and sane as Daria, then I started going crazy, I shouted television talk and songs at random; took off my shirt due to the heat; pretended to be a genie with light brown hair for a while, and made an acquaintance with the stainless steel sink with a hex-shaped bowl.

I prayed a LOT to Jesus for my release and safe return home with my mother. And I banged the cell door with both my feet while lying on a folding mattress on the floor (to get those bastards to let me see and talk to my mother Eventually, my mother arrived, tried to post bail, but there were errors. Rocky was called to help us, BLESS her and her husband soo much. Then my mother was jumpsuited and jailed; I was too shortly before. And I was moved to two other cells. Only after seeing my mother in her suit pass by my second cell, did I start to calm down. I was REALLY WORRIED about my mother and her health. She Needed Me, and I Needed Her. Eventually in cell 3, I dozed off and slept for a few hours. I did not eat their food; I had Never eaten Prison Food, and I was NOT going to start then. About 3 PM on the 29th, mom and I were released, and Rocky and her husband drove us back to our van.

What a shame thats probably the healtiest food he would have get in a while

I think I understand better now

Chris was just referring to that single day. I though the was talking about all his runs ins with Jerkops.

Bagget's an actual police officer, though. The Target managers did the right thing by contacting police and having Baggett arrest Chris so that there wouldn't be a question about unlawful detainment. Which is one reason he was probably let off from the Fashion Square jerkops with a quasi-ban.

I worked in loss prevention for a retailer very briefly, and we were actually allowed to use handcuffs in our state if we felt that the detained individual was a threat to ourselves or others. I can see Chris 'tard raging and getting handcuffed on those grounds by the mall's loss prevention on those grounds.
Ahhh, that makes more sense, then. For some reason I thought Bagget was private security, because he was dressed like Jerkhief. Not sure why I'd assume Chris' knows shit about shit. Thanks for the clarification! :D

So yeah, Bagget probably saw fit to call it a wash - probably taking pity on Chris, but also seeing the security guards were justified enough in perceiving Chris as a threat to the peace - and let both parties walk without any charges.

In the Get-Tar region (the one with Bagget) Chris was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct after having 1,000 pounds of sausage on him (the jerkops dogpiled him), but he thought he was arrested for solicitation.

The charges were dropped.

I love that "times handcuffed" is even a stat for Chris to keep track of in the first place.

He really should be ashamed of the fact that it's a count greater than zero. I've never been arrested, the worst I've had was a cop calmly telling me to stop doing (insert thing I shouldn't be doing here).

If he was handcuffed by a gal-pal or sweetheart, though, that doesn't count. ;)

That's a handcuffing you don't complain about to try to elicit pity.
A "good handcuffing"

There are a lot of things Chris should be ashamed of :tomgirl: :tugboat: :snorlax: :stupid: :medallion: :pickle: :briefs:

What's great is that there's plenty of time for #6 to happen.

i don't know about that. I've been arrested once or twice. Shit, my grandmother has been arrested before. Being arrested is kinda meaningless. Sometimes you're just in the wrong place at the wrong time and the cops decide to just take everyone and let a judge sort it all out.

being convicted however...
