Handsome Men Thread - Men Female Kiwis (and gays) think are handsome

Tomohisa Yamashita from Alice in Borderland. I'm normally not attracted to non whites but this is a seriously beautiful man. Plus he was naked throughout the show.

I prefer pale pasty British males, because I’m a pale pasty British girl, but that sort of Japanese phenotype that’s almost European looking (what is that?) can be attractive as well.

In Japan there's slang for Japanese-looking Japanese men, "soy sauce face", and Western-looking Japanese men, "sauce face". "Sauce" being the loanword used for Western-style sauces, Worcestershire in particular.

I'm sure there's actual, scientific/anthropological terms but I like soy sauce face and sauce face.

I love these little anthropology/cultural things, thank you! Is there any positive/negative attachment to them? As in, is one seen as more or less attractive?

Not really, they're just ways to describe different types of faces. There's more too, like "salt face" is Japanese-looking but with softer features and lighter skin, "sugar face" is youthful and baby-faced:
These are used for women as well--although soy sauce face and sauce face were coined by women in the 80s to describe men, it's grown from there.

I was talking about Depeche Mode earlier and it reminded me of another old crush, kind of.

Alan Wilder. 1980s.

It's a shame he quit the band.

Politics aside, Abbas Araghchi, Iran's foreign Minister, stands out to me for looking quite stately.

I thought he looked exactly like Wallace Breen from HL2 when I first saw him.

The Interviewer that completely ruined Claviticus (or whatever that cringe junky is called) self confidence

Tony Curran. I remember him most from Underworld: Evolution as Marcus Corvinus. He was robbed in that movie.

This is him from 2013:
