Hansen vs. Predator Finally Airs - Take a seat

After the successful kickstarter Chris Hansen is back. He's doing his "Hansen vs Predator" is being aired in his new show "Crime Watch with Chris Hansen".

So far I think it's pretty good. It's classic To Catch A Predator but over more social media platforms. I'm excited to see how the show evolves and hopefully it will have its own show again instead being a segment on another show.

Thoughts? Opinions?

It's a worthy successor to the hit show. It's a shame that we won't get chat logs and I'm still not the biggest fan of one pred per episode but at least each one should get a good amount of focus (like the Bowling Green sting since they also only have a small amount of predators). Hopefully the next sting doesn't have a year-long wait like this one did.

Too bad they couldn't charge this monster Buchanan for having a gun, knife, duct tape, etc.

I think they are doing one per episode because the network is testing out how popular the show will be. That and I think they are trying to get the most out of their effort/ kickstarter money. If the show catches on hopefully we will be seeing multiple busts an episode or longer episodes.

Yeah I was also surprised by that. I'm not sure what the laws there are specifically but I guess they couldn't prove intent somehow? It seemed pretty clear to me that he was at least planning on kidnapping her or worse.
