What's your Easter menu?

We had cinnamon rolls for breakfast. I made those ahead yesterday.

Easter lunch is:
bread rolls (home made)
honey baked ham
duck confit
green beans casserole
mac and cheese

It's only four people (three adults, one baby) so I didn't make more than this.

Breakfast.
Me: cup of tea
Kids: the rest of the Easter eggs they got at their cousins yesterday.
Lunch: sandwiches because we were out
Dinner: roast leg of lamb, salad (homegrown some of it hurrah!) and new potatoes.
Followed by more chocolate
Not the healthiest day, but it’s Easter and it’s once a year.

There was something special on menu today. Beef liver. Got in my head today, that is my kinda super food and I will start eating 100g once a week. Fried on pan and slapped it on rye bread. Otherwise just my daily muscle powders and pills, my rye bread and quark.ChatGPT Image Apr 20, 2025, 08_47_48 PM.webp

Holy, I didn't realize they were the same day this year until today. I'm feeling a lot more optimistic about the future now.
