Happy resurrection of Jesus day. I'm glad he established a religion that lets you eat bacon cheeseburgers and wash them down with beer.

We had cinnamon rolls for breakfast. I made those ahead yesterday.

Easter lunch is:
bread rolls (home made)
honey baked ham
duck confit
green beans casserole
mac and cheese

It's only four people (three adults, one baby) so I didn't make more than this.

I'm playing sous-chef but my brother's game plan is more or less this:

Lamb ribs
Scalloped potatoes
Maple bourbon brussel sprouts
Cauliflower gratin
Those chocolate lava cakes from Domino's we never actually ate last night
Beer, lotsa beer

We're actually gonna start prepping now. Happy Easter once again, Kiwibros
