Well, apparently Australia is now overdue for both a volcano and an earthquake that can damage the whole island and mess with the cities near the coastline. I hope KaL is proud that he will die in his new home. Death itself.

If the government was really anti-book, theirs would be totally safe if the trash-level of writing on their website is an indicator of their quality. You'd think they could copy edit what they post, but noooooo, gotta let all their ESL idiot writers present their lack of English knowledge unvarnished!

Looking at the old UI and then what the site has now is genuinely pissing me off. The old site was more old web, but it also was fucking perfect. You can read and interact cleanly on desktops, on laptops, it scales amazingly into phone screens, you can see more than one news box at a time, it’s not eye blinding white everywhere so it’s easier to read, and they threw it all out instead of just modernizing the surrounding aesthetics of the site skin.

There's a toggle switch on the modern version to put it into "Night" mode, which should fix this issue.

But I also found the old version superior in a number of ways. Most notably how the game images weren't all shunted to the side and didn't necessarily scroll with the article.
 
So, if anyone has bought their books on here, I am wondering if they actually proofread their books that are just their site on paper, because it’s bad enough that the web articles are full of typos, stilted ESL writing and just plain lousy English, but if they are expecting money for the same trash, that just cracks me up.
 
Have they spoke on any localization drama or have they dismissed it as alleged “alt-right whining”?
