Dramacow Harold E Hall/ShadowJoe/Colonel McBadass - Anti-cyberbullying internet vigilante and pedo

I don't even understand what this goon is trying to do. It's like he just jumps from website to website and blog to blog writing silly vigilante catchphrase until he gets bored, uploads some cartoon clips to youtube and then repeats the process. Even CWC shows more effort and drive than this goof.

I remember this piece of shit. Something Awful mocked the hell out of this sad bastard on their long ago TV Tropes mock threads. They don't have a lot of room to talk now given all the pedos they have that have been uncovered, but @ShadowJoe, they still had every right to call out how much of a sick fuck you were and still are.
