Back in the day (10 or 20 years ago), if you wanted a solution to a problem, you could find the right answer -- in text -- from someone who is usually not from India. But in Current Year Clown World, it is much easier to find the non-AI "answers" -- in tl;dw YouTube videos -- with the "brilliant" advice of "fixes" that involve stuff anyone could figure out... and more often than not from a man in India. It's as if basic knowledge is "expert advice" like using preferences or downloading yet another browser extension.

letting you limit results to the past
In other words, before the 'net went to shit. I guess we'll see how long one can still do that.

Yup. Information has been videofied and pajeetified.

Its also a pain loading any recipe website, I'm not talking about the page-long backstory they all have now, I'm talking about the pop-up's and ad's that make the page take minutes to load. Wtf?

Oh and all the spyware on any store website is a pain. All the big chain stores in town have glitchy ass websites that show product is in stock in your neighborhood store with so-and-so aisle number only for it to be out of stock and four aisles over from where it was promised to be. No wonder brick-and-mortar continues to die.

Hire white American males to fix the glitches and to do regular inventory in the physical stores so it works. Its goddamn 2026 I should be able to know for certain Target has the exact style of shoes I need in my size sitting in aisle 22 section 4 and it be right 100% of the time. The average I'm getting it close to 50/50.

Lets burn it all down and start from stratch

In other words, "competency crisis" from an idiotic education system -- as well as "DEI" bullshit hiring unqualified people just because they have brown skin -- continues to make things shittier. And all the ads, adware, and spyware is why an ad blocker is an essential now... and screw soy policies or reminders trying to BS you to turn that off.
