Thanks for putting this take more eloquently than I could. I think this ties back to his awful fashion sense that in no way matches the "leftist with a MAGA physique" shit he tries to push so hard. He dresses as if he was a gay soft boy twink because growing up he saw those were the types that the women he lusted over liked. Him being a fatso led him to ignore how to style himself, he saw it as a waste of time because no matter what clothes he wore, no women that he desired would go out with a fat retard like him.
