So just a random thought. Do you think those two mods are going to continue being mods? Or are they getting thrown under the bus for setting this cracker situation into motion and costing Hasan a whole week of streaming. (implying Twitch doesn't let him come back early on "good behavior" that he's currently exhibiting) Because according to our resident roach, he never even used the word prior to this event.

This is a nigger btw. since many people wonder who's the type of person that is offended by the word (a word I've probably never used before this weekend) it's mfs like this.

He deleted it. https://archive.vn/DHALG He wanted to get some clout from Hasan but this cuck faggot was too much of a coward to call anyone a cracker. If it's often hilarious (in Rick and Morty) he should call another user a cracker or STFU and don't defend the use of the word by actual anti-white losers like Hasan.
I know this isn't a Linus thread but why the fuck does he feel the need to get involved with this nonsense at all? He's completely out of the loop both on the subject at hand and from the drama. I knew he built that PC for Hasan a few months ago, did they become friends or something? I just don't get what he's trying to argue here: cracker is said by (hilarious) comedians so nobody should be offended by it? Nigger, Tranny, Faggot, Cunt, etc, are all of those okay as well? I've heard plenty of comedians use those. What's the liberal angle he's trying to preach here? Something something normalization of bigoted language promotes casual racism, right?

The back pedal is to be expected - "I hate my mentions right now" AKA "I may be wrong about this so let me nuke the history so nobody can see how retarded I am". To be clear, I don't give a fuck about the word cracker (or any slur really, sticks and stones right?) but the hypocrisy from these people is mind-bending.

"Well, well, well, how the turntables..."

I mean I would say that he doesn't deserve to be banned...

Except he was one of the assholes that fought for this standard and called people like us Nazis for arguing that they'd come and eat him someday.

He wanted this standard, and we warned him, and he wouldn't listen, and now he's being ass fucked by the system he helped create.

So...cry me a river bitch.

I mean he broke ToS anyone who works a job in the real world has to abide by company policy or be reprimanded for it why does Hassan deserve to be cut a break. If an uber driver gets fired for calling a client a cracker nobody would say the driver should keep his position as a contractor for the company.

Fair enough. I guess my statement was more about me disagreeing with the ToS in general.

Thats the problem with the way people look at it. This is not so much a political issue as much as it is rights and responsibilities of employees and contractors who work for a company. This clearly shows how little conventional work experience people have when people think they can break the employee code of conduct and think there should be zero repercussions for it because they can justify their behavior through political reasoning and philosophy. Imagine working for McDonalds and telling your manager that you will continue to call customer niggers because philosophically in your mind you can justify it through a sociology degree you picked up on /pol.

Before Null got banned from Twitter again he made a point that you shouldn't cheer for cancel culture just because it hits the people you hate for once - and I get it, but why does it feel so good when it happens? Hasan and Vaush fell victim to the machine they helped create. Fuck them. Maybe next time listen when we tell you that the system actually doesn't care if you think you're one of the "good guys".

The difference between twitter and youtube/twitch is twitter isn't cutting vaush and hassan monthly checks. Hassan and Vaush signed a contract with twitch to become twitch partners where alongside of the ToS everyone is held to they also have additional responsibilities they must uphold as a partner. This is not a case of cancel culture its a case of dumbasses breaching their contract they signed and agreed to.
