A lot of high end men's suits will have a suit tag on the sleeve. Just like how pockets and vents come stitched closed and a man is supposed to unstitch them before wearing the suit, the sleeve suit tag is supposed to be removed before wearing. Not removing the tag was traditionally seen as a sign that the man wearing the suit doesn't know this (aka someone who's just come into money and bought a bunch of expensive crap without appreciating it).

The creative director at Gucci seemingly decided to make a thing of this and so Gucci started releasing suits with obnoxiously large and showy suit tags that weren't intended to be removed. However they're still typically removed when you see celebrities wearing Gucci suits on the red carpet, because walking around with a giant GUCCI tag on a suit looks cheap and showy. Hasan leaves the suit tags on so everyone can see he's wearing a Gucci suit, or possibly doesn't even know that you normally are supposed to take those tags off. Maybe he's being loaned these clothes by Gucci and so can't take the tags off, but I really doubt it.
