Its possible. Those water testing kits are pretty cheap anyway though, even if you find nothing out of the oridinary its good to know your pipes are clean at least.well i only use the tapwater for dishes and coffee so would it really effect me that much?
i found out what was happening because i went to the doctor. i thought ut was just chest pain but my heart rate goes up to 120, etc. they gave me a medicine but.it doesnt helpYou might want to see a doctor about that if it's becoming a regular thing that makes you unable to function. Not treating the problem is a good way to develop agoraphobia.
If this isn't a shitpost, then the best thing to do is to take a time out and focus on breathing. Try to learn the signs: what it feels like when an attack is starting, what sorts of situations might trigger it, etc. Panic attacks aren't rational things, so it won't necessarily happen "for a reason", but if you can anticipate one. then you can politely excuse yourself from whatever situation you're in, until it passes.i found out what was happening because i went to the doctor. i thought ut was just chest pain but my heart rate goes up to 120, etc. they gave me a medicine but.it doesnt help
ive tried controlling my breathing but thinking about my breathing has always been a problem for me. and you mean, like just blowing air at your thumb?I've got that problem. As was mentioned a few times, controlled breathing helps. Blowing on your thumb slows your heart rate. Eating a light snack can work wonders. But all you really can do is wait it out and manage the symptoms.
