Nigger rigging used to be a super popular term around here. I still use it. It died out as a common term about the same time as "The Greatest Generation" died out. I remember being a kid watching something on tv and a guy used the term "Jerry Rigging." It took me a second but I realized "Oh! He means nigger rigging doesn't he!"

Quick lesson. Jin is basically person. If you are from the US like me you are Amerikajin. Gaijin is "other person." It is a blanket term to describe anyone who isn't Japanese. Think water fountain in the Jim Crow south that says "Non Whites."
