Got a flaming angry kid on your page? Tired of listening to various insults and needless nonsense? Block, block, block so much you'll get called out for turtling. Then block again. Block the trolls, block the haters, block the flamers. Advice is always nice, but people who genuinely want to help you won't come after you brandishing an e-bludgeon.
Regardless of what might be said about the 'weakness' of blocking, if it were a bad thing you'd not be able to DO it. It's a viable option, and I encourage its use. Besides, the idea that it's 'weak' to block, or such nonsense is usually brought up by people mad because they can't fight with somebody anymore and this is their last ditch attempt to regain the person's attention. Because that's what they want, in the end, is it not?
So Block if ya want, don't let people dictate how you use the deviantart tools at your disposal.

Fine, it takes TWO SECONDS to block them again, it takes them quite a bit more time to keep making new accounts to bother you on, and chances are they'll give up very quickly.
