Well, I gotta give em props for not making the black guy scooby at least, it's a suprising their usual brand of humor and all.
And is it just me or do these characters have the like the most bland names imaginable? Like you'd think they would at least have somewhat exotic names comsidering they're such special snowflakes. Honestly their stock personalities are more original than their names.

The answer for that character was actually Chinese based on the trailer. But hey, treat genuine questions like shit or show how little you care about your own work some more you horrible unfunny little gremlin.

I think we can presume that there will be future episodes entitled "An Arrow In The Knee" and "OVAR 900!1!".
This is supposed to take place in current times right? Vidya have had AI for years now! I mean, you could look as far back as games like Space Invaders for enemies that have AI, at least in the sense that the enemies are programmed to behave a certain way. Even if that doesn't count, there are still countless examples from video games that have NPCs and enemies act on their own, the way they were programmed to do.
Although, I bet if someone told him this, it would result in the same line as the whole "trans lead" thing. He would just say, "Well those games didn't have real A.I.. BUGS will be the FIRST GAME IN ALL OF HISTORY TO HAVE REAL A.I.!!!"

Holy crud lookit that empty room. For a "web series", they certainly have pretty high expectations with this whole panel and publicity and everything. Are they riding on Black's popularity status to think a network's going to pick it up? The way he's going on makes it certainly sound like they are. Like I've said, I doubt any network would pick this up considering all the ire it's getting.
Of course, token white cis guy is the psycho douchebag who likes beating people up. And wow. I wish my mom acted the same way Shona's did when I came out. [/powerlevel]
You know, Hayden, it doesn't matter how good your editors and directors are. You could have freaking Miyazaki direct your thing but if your animators don't know how to animate, it's going to look like shit. He can't dive in there and repair everything to make it look better. I'll give them the benefit of the doubt that maybe it's gonna look smoother because all they had for the trailer were keys but I'm still not gonna hold my breath.

They probably meant "strong AI" or "full AI", where the AI would be capable of handling any situation a human could (As opposed to "weak AI" or "applied AI", which is created to handle a specific task and nothing else). Unfortunately for them...
- They couldn't be bothered to look up the term for what they intended to refer to.
- Full AI isn't going to be achieved anytime within the timeframe that Gen Zed is supposed to be set
- Honestly, it'd be really unrealistic even if the show were actually about members of Generation Z, and not a group of particularly pretentious members of Generation Y
- Even if we ever do develop full AI, video games still won't use it because simulating a full consciousness for every entity in the game would be a complete waste of resources
