Gen Zed #standswithbutts
They actually reblogged their own ~clever retort~ to add a 'pew pew!' at the end.View attachment 49097View attachment 49096
This is so damn pathetic.
By the way, is there a brave Kiwi with a Twitter who'd be willing to tweet this image at Julie?

Fucking really? Really?
He'd have to tell a joke first to be able to tell one again.
Formal request to ask Hayden to never tell another joke ever again.

Smart move
And yet, if we were to slip up and say it, we'd probably be yelled at for hidden subconscious transphobia. Hayden gets a pass.@Sanae Kochiya
Looks like someone got noticed, and I'm amazed it wasn't snarky.View attachment 49257
So the show will apparently have someone using the dreaded T-word, presumably before Shona spends the entire episode time ranting about it.
She turned the post into a promo for the show. Wow...@Sanae Kochiya

At this point I wouldn't be surprised if both Hayden and Julie were both in on the scam to milk the show for as much money as it's worth and then make a run for it when everyone basically castrates the show. She turned the post into a promo for the show. Wow...
Even taking that into consideration, they seem to think 200k views means something. That's a goshdarn drop in the bucket of the Internet, and not even impressive compared to Tumblr. The Genzed team boasted that their show wasn't going to be a post beacuse their trailer alone has 200k views*.
That is indeed a fairly respectable number. So what of it?
Well, first off, the youtube page gives us a different number: View attachment 49271
That's a significant difference: 40k, which is, incidentally, the number of fake followers they have on Twitter.
Still, that's a pretty high number... especially compared to the rest of their Youtube channel:
View attachment 49274
All their other videos have view counts averaging in the hundreds, with the highest being 500. The channel itself only has 656 subscribers.
The statistics for the video look totally kosher as well:

wow, nothing strange at all about those sudden spikes, right?
View attachment 49277
Note how the average view is only 1 min, which mean a lot of viewers haven't watched the full thing!
All of which are, you guessed it, telltale signs of an artificially inflated view count.
Now, this might just be me tinfoil-hatting again, but knowing what we know about Gen Zed's and Hayden's Twitter followers, it wouldn't be a stretch to think they bought a few thousand fake Youtube views as well.
(*: I could have sworn that post was on their Tumblr, but I can't find it. Anyone have caps?)
Even if those views were legit, why does that guarantee whether or not a show will flop? There are countless trailers on Youtube for shows/movies that have bombed, and many of them have views that exceed the 1 million mark. This is such a ludicrous statement to make. The Genzed team boasted that their show wasn't going to be a flop because their trailer alone has 200k views*.

That honestly has nothing to do with how fetishising his fucking tweets were, holy shit.@Sanae Kochiya

Julie wants to be known as "the first trans lead EVAR". That's why she's so gung-ho about the show. She wants the fame.At this point I wouldn't be surprised if both Hayden and Julie were both in on the scam to milk the show for as much money as it's worth and then make a run for it when everyone basically castrates the show.
She's far too complicit in Hayden's shady dealings for someone that was just picked up on a whim.
That's not how this new wave of social justice works. The meaning behind the slurs isn't as problematic as the slurs themselves. That honestly has nothing to do with how fetishising his fucking tweets were, holy shit.
