They probably got the date from Gen Zed's Facebook page, which says 1 May.



Not that it means much, since their Instagram says late 2016 instead... And their IMDb page still lists the release date as November 2015.

I kind of wondered that too. I mean its Hayden so if the character wasn't an obvious tranny he wouldn't be able to get an erection from it. That might explain a couple things.
