Honestly, I don't blame the voice actors in this(save one). Most projects like this don't allow the actors to voice anything negitive about the show and to hype the show. Aside from Julie, all the other actors have thrown out maybe one or two tweets vaguely promoting the show. Given how the two in charge act, I can only imagine what working with them must be like.

I honestly think Hayden is a severe case of unwarranted self-importance and believes his shit is actually funny.
The "just a parody" hypothesis is giving them a little too much credit: you'd have to have very little self-awareness to choose a catchphrase like 'pew! pew! " and behave the way they do on social media- under their own name no less.

Case in point:

You know what hip young kids of Tumblr love? Dad jokes about your nagging wife. That's sure to be a smash hit with the SocJus crowd.

That's why Cameron has that weird thing of wanting to make a "real A.I.", so it can tie into Quilliam's backstory. Because the most important characters have to be Hayden and Julie.

So no... she will have no flaws at all or if they are flaws, they will be flaws in the same way Disneyfan01's Marina has flaws aka. super slightly negative traits that are mild inconveniences, but not big enough to ever have the character in a truly unflattering light.
