Wow, I've been watching a completely different show. That cartoon takes the piss out of everyone, including Huey himself for taking things too seriously (with his dozens of activist groups etc.). To keep it in topic, the issues and characters on the boondocks were more mature than Vivz' stuff, despite saying nigger every other word.

The only recent cases is her getting, rightfully, critiqued for HB being literal gay melodrama with nothing of substance and HH looking like shit. She is, predictably, responding INCREDIBLY poorly to it, which only leads to people trolling the shit out of her. So she pretty much brings all of this on herself and its in no way actually unwarranted "hate".

The only genuine hate she has really ever gotten is from, ironically, the tumbr crowd she is desperate to pander to on Twitter canceling her every other week for the high crime of actually being from Tumblr and creating something that might be of value. That was a while ago though and back when Viv had some actual hope to create something good.

That's the most frustrating part about Vivzie: You look at her stuff, and you can tell she's capable of creating amazing things, good things, beautiful things. Even wholesome things.

But her ego, her need to rub shoulders with certain celebrities (to the point of burning bridges with perfectly good voice actors who voiced her characters in the HH pilot), her addiction to yaoi to the point of needing to insert it everywhere, her need to be edgy (and failing miserably)...

She pisses it all away.

Shit is going to really go down when the major reviewers start to see Hazbin, guaranteeing high review scores by putting tons of gays and shit in something isn't nearly as dependable as it was a few years ago. I don't think Hazbin will get trashed by mainstream critics, but I'm expecting it gets a lot of 6 and 7 out of 10s (which is basically garbage to mediocre instead of decent or very worthwhile thanks to how fucked review scores are these days anyways). Viv is a narcissist. so even if she doesn't know that anything a 7 is considered average at best by these folks, she'll still be pissed off that reviewers think Hazbin is 'good' and not 'great'.
