Honestly Sir Pentious is becoming one of my favorites. Him and his egg bois. That's pretty much the only thing that interested me in episode 3. Also the camera never sticking to one shot. It was just constant cuts after every few seconds.
Episode 4 was pretty close on being something I liked. I liked the deep character dive on Angel Dust (even if we already knew about his character). And Val actually be threatening. WOW. And Husk being there for support cause he and Angel Dust are kind of in the same boat of having their souls belong to overlords. If only this just became a friendship or father/son relationship instead of what we're going to get...

But good God the voice acting. What is going on with the voice direction? Especially with Angel Dust! Every line he speaks sounds so forced.

Anyway, both episodes are mediocre with episode 4 being a bit better than episode 3, and makes me wish that each episode focused on a patron of the Hotel, instead of this one episode because Angel Dust is the fan favorite.

Also, female centric focused show my ass...HA. Nice one Viv.

Vaggie's voice actress is garbage - singing voice too. I can't tell if it's the directing or she actually lacks range.

She's had roles in other animated media where she was a perfectly fine voice actress, but her performance as Vaggie is legitimately so bad that it's jarring. I'm going to chalk it up to poor direction and her being checked out.

Just finished Ep 3. Like others said, Sir Pentious is the best character right now. Still too much going on for twenty minute episodes. Why was that one demon that also looked like a spider speaking like he's in a Shakespeare play?

Watching it now. It's so cringe. It's like Vivzie took the Marvel "lol random" humor trope, but applied it too curse words. The moment you think something profound is about too happen, it's immediately deflated by a "fuck, fucking, shit".

There is so much here, and it's just...profane. not because it's about demons from hell, but because the show wants to take itself seriously while also being unserious at the same time. It's schizophrenic. I can't tell what Vivzie is trying to get across here. Is heaven bad for wanting order or is hell bad for forcing people to suffer in eternal chaos?

Angel Dust's song was just pure rape. Every frame was actual butt and/or mouth rape... it was also ear rape. That voice is truly awful-- these are broadway people?

it was hyped up to be super rape-y but it was even more rape-y than I could have ever anticipated.

My understanding is that Beanie Man used to be one of the few guys keeping on-the-ground journalism alive until he started getting harrassed at ralleys and now just grifts to the outrage mob.
Also a porn game stole the name of his brand or something.
