I watched all four episodes last night. Honestly its just... boring. Curses so much it becomes mush. And there's so little action! Most of it feels like they're just talking around a table.

If this was a anime, the plot would have hit already. Yeah the dead angel is kind of what's driving it... but it's so dull. We didn't even see the angel die! Just "here's the corpse, this lady killed her, no you don't even get a flashback.". I'm just asking for things to heat up. I'm just asking for a bit of action, please.

The eggs were great though. I'll give it that

Well, I watched the pilot. I'm going to preface this by saying that I'm not in any way the target audience for a show like this, so invest in your grains of salt futures at your leisure.
It's so fucking bland, like, I had to put effort into paying attention and not just turning it off. The only things that stuck out to me was Keith David being in it, and the radio voice demon. The only joke that really landed for me was "I have a face made for radio", and at best I just airily chuckled at that.
As ironic as it is for me to say this on KF of all places, edginess on its own just does not interest me, I find it incredibly vapid. "Nigger, bottom text" tier humor only goes so far for me and this show seems to rely on that almost exclusively.

I do not understand how this concept has managed to enrapture so many people so thoroughly, it's genuinely baffling to me.

I mean, I guess you can argue that 'lol it's Hell and they're demons ok' but the creator seems to be on a moral crusade with any critique towards the SA scenes.
The only character I like so far is the little demon maid. Only character that's made me laugh at all. Wish she had more screen time.

I mean you could also look at Blitzo and Stolas in HB. Where in the beginning Stolas acted very rapey at Blitzo, but now the show acts like Blitzo is Stolas' true love.
