She does have a point in the first tweet since people really should not get pissy that merch of a villain they don't like is there. Like Stella and Valentino having merch isn't the end of the world and people unironically mad about that should get a life.
The second tweet though is just kinda dumb, like these people want to give you money, just make merch of those characters at a later date. I get it can get annoying to get constant demands for something, but these people do want to give you money because they like those characters.
However, on a second read feels more like someone tweeted "So Valentino gets merch, but not Adam?!" or something, which again I don't think Vivzie needed to address all complaints, just make merch later.
She really needs a social media manager.
Also while these complaints are ridiculous, but just have your fans defend your asses, like why does a voice actor need to white knight you

At least this person confirmed that everyone in the merch staff are fujos.
Going to highlight that these two fans make a point especially since this is a common issue in fandom when official merch comes out and some characters feel underrepresented.

While I do understand Vivzie does have some really retarded haters (especially the common ones she seems to deal with that can't separate fictional villains from real life), she really should not be combating them since it just adds fuel to drama, and instead she should listen to her fans since her being interactive with them gives her the opportunity to be receptive to what her fans.
