Moxie’s issues seem to stem from the fact that he focuses more on the technical aspects and stratagies whereas his entire race seems to be more about “smash first and barely ask questions”. Blitzo is also a rarity himself in that he also wanted to be seen as smarter and more inventive than what Imps are expected to be(as with Striker). The fact that Mox goes against the typical mindset is probably a big reason why Blitzo hired him.
I'd actually be shocked if they didn't recast the entire show. Voice work gets expensive fast and unless they live in the recording area or sign on for cheap, they'll get replaced quick. (Especially since, correct if wrong, I believe it's a non-union project.)

I wouldn't. Original VAs from the pilot going to full show is not strange. It's whether or not the VAs like their contracts enough to keep going. Said contracts that contain clauses stating they could be replaced at any time. Vivzie is in a unique position where she's already profiting off her work (and those who worked on them getting recognition) before any studio got involved. So alastor's singer getting replaced by some big name who likes HH sounds like what happened. Or he was a douchebag diva and can't admit it. Who knows.
