Is it really "demonizing" your ex when both parties agree that blitzo was an abhorrent piece of shit and somewhat abusive and that led to the breakup? Which is implied to have not even been mutual

People are not watching the video and falling for the clickbait. The demonizing he talks about is on Verosika and not blitzo. Her first appearance has Verosika instigate blitzo first and she loses in a way that is supposed to be cathartic so she must be the wrong person here.

He says Blitzo demonizes verosika in the sense that he uses her upset reaction to justify with his own bad atitude and refuse to improve, while verosika is still obcessed with blitzo in an unironically unhealthy way but she got over by the end with her song.

Like, its really not that deep and you can tell when he starts repeating words to stretch the video but its not too offensive there, but i still disagree that verosika "got over blitzo" lol.

Her party is portrayed as a wholesome "support group" when all it does is have a bunch of people refuse to move on from blitzo who doesnt owe them anything. Vivzie doesnt get her bias is clear when Blitzo holding a grudge for Stolas is bad but everyone holding a grudge to blitzo is not only morally correct, but good for their mental health.

Sarcastic Chorus is the second faggiest Hazbin reviewer ever. The only one faggier is that therapist girl who does "psychoanalysis" videos on every Hellaverse character.

Honestly, I never got that we were supposed to agree with Blitzø or think that he was in the right in the first episode with Verosika. Both sides are pretty petty and toxic to each other. The audience would really only want Blitzø to win because he and his team are the protagonists in this series; its not like they're supposed to be the moral high ground here. That's what I kind of liked about season 1. There were no "good" or "bad" guys. It was just assholes conflicting with other assholes.

Season 2 though really pushes the narrative of who the "good" guys and "bad" guys are. There's obviously now a side you're supposed to see as being in the right. Which maybe could have worked if the series started like that. But because it didn't, I really can't help but agree with what Blitzø said in the last episode. Who cares if he's a piece of shit, because everyone else in Hell is as well.

I think that shitty system is broken. I watched two Sarcastic Chorus videos, and now my main page has been flooded with HH and HB content.

So, I decided to skim through some of the videos people made on the recent HB episode, and... literally all of them have the same exact opinions. It's as if all the HB youtubers and fans have a hive mind.
The only explanation I could come up with is that all the normal fans left in droves after the Stolitz ship took off, and now we're left with crazy and vocal Stolitz yes-men. I don't know how else to explain this phenomenon.

Okay, I did encounter this schizo video, but it's an outlier. (Like SC to some extent)
According to the tranny, HB isn't progressive enough. (lol, lmao)

I don't blame them. Vivziepop pandered to these blokes for well over a decade now so she has to be progressive as much as possible. They wants her to include ALL identities if she's gonna be pandering and judging from the mixed reactions of that Pride Parade image, she really sucks at it, lol.

The problem when it comes to HH/HB analysis videos are the fact people only stay in the lane of "majority agreeable opinions". They only put their opinion on things that are of not their own words but from what they heard from others. They don't analyze the scenes themselves or put it into their own interpretations. They just nod and agree to the majority fandom's interpretations of the scenes, characters, and plot progression. Why you think the rabid Stolitz defenders get upset when you're not getting their vision of the show and its characters? The main things I see so many Stolitz defenders call most people who are reasonably criticizing said ship and show are either that they're media illiterate or that they didn't obsessively watch the dang show enough to "deeply get the characters".

Everyone's just slinging shots and calling each other "media illiterate" and narrow minded cause how dare people interpret scenes differently and not in the same way you do.

It's hilarious to see in the background but really upsetting in reality because Vivziepop's the whole reason this fandom's so unbearably divided with their opinions and why there are whole sub sections of people who can freely criticize the show without being eaten alive (the #hazbin hotel critical tag on Tumblr's a more popular example). It's dumb and gay but what else can they do at this point?

Can someone tell me when Hazbin Hotel gets good? I'm starting the third episode and I'm still bored.

Edit: Finished episode 3. Holy shit there are too many goddamn characters

"This is not radical", the troon says, beating on top of his chest. Yet if there was a slight disagreement with his line of thought, or an actual cartoon which combines entertainment and conservative (or even reactionary) values he would be screeching and saying over something "so hateful" gaining traction. Why should I trust someone who cannot understand his own sex?

Hazbin is just peak mediocrity, its bad when you think of the overarching story, but mid if you just turn your brain off. The music definitely carries it hard, and if season 2 doubles down on the music, at least there is something easy to distract from any plot stupidity.

Helluva gets worse but peaks in quality when it remembers its a comedy
