Got bored did another redo on some spare time. This time Leviathan I kept looking at what Viv did and my lord its hideous and ugly. This was a quick character design that I polished.

Thoughts:
Lazy design
Unclear representation
Confusing motif
The most broken anatomy out of all the sins (mainly the necks and heads)
In her debut she doesn't act like Envy and tons of people didn't even know who the fuck she was.

Same line as the last time Viv's busy but with purpose. Kept the color scheme like last time.

1. Gave her wings as Levi has visible wings and fins.
2. Gave her a fin as Leviathan it literally means coiled and twisted which brings to mind a serpent creature and giving her legs doesn't make sense.
3. Leviathan sign and has gold jewelry which is often coveted (this is a type of envy)
4. Kept the comedy and tragedy motif but expanded on it. The half heads think individually, and talk to eachother when they combine. And also making them "twofaced"
5. When combined when they speak only one side talks giving a uncanny ventriloquist feel
6. Mouth head that separates gives it a deep sea creature look, and makes it equally horrific.
7. The ribbon in Tragedy and Comedy is Red however to invert it (because it's a demon) the opposite color of red is green WHICH is the color of envy.
8. As a serpent it has a forked tongue which makes them talk differently as they have different tongue parts.

Other stuff about it but don't care to talk about it anymore.

If Vivzie is going to use her brain, then she's simply going to make this a case of "the oldest child gets the position." This would add to the intensity of the situation because Via doesn't seem interested in getting any goetia royalty position anytime soon, be it marriage to a higher rank or simply inheriting what Stolas has, and Stella has every reason to be stressed now because who the fuck is going to take care of everything she has had to bear with Stolas for? I'd rather have Stolas be punished for this than for being a faggot with Blitzo - not producing enough backup heirs in case one dies or leaves. To throw everyone else into even deeper shit, Striker is out and about and is going insane he's willing to lash out at the first goetia he sees - most likely Via.

Realized that Stella really gets nothing from Stolas when he was stripped away of his rank and powers. They all go to her fucking brother. Which would be one thing if it was only the male goetias who held the titles, but we know that Octavia is going to inherit Stolas' once she turned 18. Stella is worth less to the goetias than her own daughter. And that's really sad when you think about it. Great job again Viv; you unintentionally make your one-dimensional villain sympathetic again because you can't give the bloody bitch anything.

Again, Viv's pandering to a WOKE audience. You'd expect her to give her female characters more outside their situations in their relationships regardless of them being romantic, sexual, or platonic, and gender identity like Millie, Stella, Loona, Via etc. No. Where does all this development go to? The men. As long as they're not troons and are man-shaped, they're still men. All the screentime? Men. All the development (which basically doesn't exist)? Men. The majority of aggressive sex jokes? Men. I'm by no means a wokie, but it'd be still fun to see the women develop outside relationship, sex, and gender drama. Hell, even all the characters, because everything turned into boo hoo muh relationships.

If only she wasn't a woman. Hell why do we even need any women in Vivs Universe as they do NOTHING and get NOTHING. This is just more of her misogynistic views of them being nothing/bitches/crazy/nags. Honestly I feel like she would pay more attention to all the women if she just turned them all into shemales.

I made a more innovative plot for Angel. He comes from a normal Italian-American family in a crime-infested area (it doesnt even have to be a real place - it's a fictional world!). He has to be a tough macho man, considering ideals of that time, but just cant be, so he's being picked on and nagged to be that sort of man. Angel grows up and realizes - oh shit he's gay. That's the final nail in the coffin - he's already a weak, effeminate, crybaby guy and now he's a faggot. He's now turning to drug use and petty crime to support himself. So, now, he's left with one option that would solve his problems on a surface level: join the mob as a made-man. That's now his bad choice - instead of doing something that could help people in a way like enlisting in the military to prove he's manly or becoming a cook (Angel Dust is a good cook according to the wiki I think), he decides to spread pain and negativity by entering organized crime for what? To prove he's big, strong, and cool. Yet, he's still kind at heart and somewhat willing to change - just corrupted by the bad environment he was in.

Viv should watch the Godfather Trilogy properly and OBSERVE MICHAEL CORLEONE. He was once a good guy who served in the military to protect his nation and wanted to be separated from the vile actions of his family, but he decided to take over because he was so overcome with love for his family, especially his dad who was head of the mafia, that he entered such a disgusting life. In the end, he was kind of redeemed when he grew old, but it ended in the saddest, most heart-rending way: his daughter's death, leading to him breaking down and retiring for good all alone. It started out as "I love you, dad, and I won't let you down" and turned into "lemme commit crimes for la famiglia and muh money and ego."

For Angel, he may end up disappointing his mom who he loves very much, or his sister who is the only one who cares for him ends up getting beat because of him being such a pussy and that contributes to his spiralling into drug use, then he realizes he's gay, then he ends up having to prove himself manly by joining the mob out of his choice, becoming bad and then, boom, hell then Hazbin Hotel. Here, it starts out as "I won't disappoint my beloved family any longer, especially my mom and sister," to "haha me do crime am so tough guy."

Original Angel's appeal is despite his feminine appearance, he was a wisecracking jackass who does what benefits his interests. He was abused, yes, but he wouldn't let that bring him down entirely. Not saying Valentino's abuse is justified, but pre series Angel would do things he's not suppose to, like dealing with the loan sharks in his prequel comic, or having sex with an unassigned john when he had to be at work. The Hotel was a potential out for his situation with Val, but becoming a better person might not be who he truly wants to be. His friendship with Cherri Bomb shows that he is ultimately a sinner in Hell, and this violent lifestyle is what he enjoys, giving him all the reason to want to stay down there. He does show compassion, like when he pushed Cherri out the way out of the Egg Bois' attack, and when he realized how much he hurt Charlie, he nearly reached out to console her, only to back away, because he's unsure about transitioning into a more vulnerable person, as he doesn't want to ruin his reputation among his fans as the porn life is something he is passionate about when he removes all the ugliness involve with it. It's a choice that he's conflicted with, but it's a choice nonetheless, as he didn't really have one when he was alive as the time period he lived in mixed with the gangster upbringing prevented him from much opportunities.

This thread is fun to look through. I couldn't get through Hazbin's first episode but it's just a shame Helluva went the direction it did. It makes more sense from a premise and business standpoint to leave it about the devils' wacky office hijinks. Business so that you don't alien the non-gay male audience and premise wise so that we would have different kinds of targets. Hell, the targets didn't even have to be human, they could be other creatures from different religions/mythologies if they really wanted to go there (dijin from Islam). Now, I personally don't necessarily believe Angel should overrun Charlie as the main character, but OG Angel was compelling enough where he could've been the sole tenant of the hotel, given his bio wants to make it known that he is the catalyst of this whole thing.

One of Diregentleman's points on Angel is how he represents the question "Can People Redeem?" I feel like that was the central theme behind the show, and at least Season 1 should have explore that with Angel and his relationships. Regardless of what you think of Michael's singing, the story of ADDICT gives Angel layers that POISON couldn't possibly have, as it displays everything I talked about him on my previous post and more. Valentino is an abusive monster, but at the end of the day, it's Angel's story, and it's about what he's going to do that will affect everyone around him. Compared that to POISON where... it's just him singing about how mean Val is.

Charlie's role as the protagonist is to be the one to preach about redemption and face whatever repercussions the outcome may bring. Fail or succeed, all will fall on her shoulders, and given what life has thrown at her, she has to do her best to keep her composure, as she's not just embodying the hotel, but Hell itself to the eyes of its denizens, the Exorcists, and Lucifer. Angel is Charlie seeing change, with Alastor is her hearing change. I'll go into detail on Alastor later, but to give you an idea on what I'm going to say, here's Vox and Alastor's original dynamic since Vox was supposed to have been the Big Bad with Val (notice that I'm missing someone):

Arguably, Vox should be the most dominant of the 3 Vs. What is being used to spread Velvette's social media fashion trends so she gets money? Problem with Netflix is they're kinda have a weird thing of axing shows even if they're doing numbers/review wise (again Inside Job was well recieved, but just as they got S2, Netflix suddenly axed em), while keeping total dreck still going (aka Big Mouth which okay theres also money involved), so Hazbin would have been a very 50/50 shot if they went for Netflix.
