Let's be honest, if viv made an actual character out of Loona, with an actual personality and personal goals, she could make her the protagonist of the show and get an even bigger amount of audience, and let me prove it:

Let's dial back to Dante Alghieri, just for fun, before he can even get to hell, there are 3 female animals that block his path, each one rapresenting an actual sin, they are referred as "le 3 fiere", and they're a random feline, a lioness and a wolf; you could easily make Loona the wolf, associate her with a sin (scholars often uses gluttony since it was emanciated) and have her live with the other 2 (according to scholars, the generic feline represented lust, and the lioness pride).
So we get a female wolf-girl that is constantly hungry, a random cat, who is hoe and a narcissist lioness sharing the same ceiling, you don't even need to make a show that more advanced than a basic as a Wily e. Coyote cartoon, furries will jump on it like nothing.

Like I said before the fanbase got angry because someone merely suggests that Queen Bee might complain about Blitzo's drinking habits because she thinks that he ruins the mood of her party and not because she is concerned about his personal well being. (Also from her perspective, isn't he just some random asshole that is a friend of a friend or something and popped up at her party, so why should she give a shit about him really? Though even that theory is flawed because even completely wasted Blitzo is more dignified than many people on real life parties anyways.)

Also one of the problems is that it is not even clear if the seven deadly sins are actual manifestations of their sins or just some powerful demons that own some rings in hell. The fact that multiple members of the sins also simultanously belong to the 72 demons of Solomon (I already said that naming them after one of the grimoires that describes them is dumb) just makes this more confusing. I mean the most popular theological interpretation is that most of the old powerful demons are fallen angels but we have zero idea if that's actually the case here.

Also technically the attribution of sins to specific demons that the show uses is from Binsfeld's classification that is part part of his 1589 Treatise on Confessions by Evildoers and Witches but there are multiple others like from the early 14th century Lanterne of Light which goes like this:

The Binsfeld one is more popular, maybe because it got used in Persona or something.

Also it's not entirely clear how far the sins were planned before Helluva Boss was split from the main series but if they already existed back then it would be reasonable to assume that they would have been antagonists, going from how Lucifer was presented in the pilot.

And since there is some talk about the divine comedy again I wanted to mention that I have the theory that possibly Viv started the 7 sin ring thing because she didn't bothered reading Dante and misremembered some pop culture thing she had seen (atleast skim the wikipedia article come on man) or didn't care why the seperation was by crimes and not by sins, though since sinners don't even go into their rings that is also dumb anyways. That would also explain why in an early Helluva episode there is a map with 9 rings on the wall, even the people behind the show might have been confused.

Also didn't Viv say that Purgatory also exists in her show? That is also weird like why do the angels not know what to do about redeemed souls if they literally have an entire realm that is just a redeemed souls factory. Also is the hotel just a shitty temu version of the purgatory?

Another weird thing is how angels look. I mean it kinda makes sense for sinners to look like something related to their sins but then Angel's sister also looks like a spider. I mean she just does so because she has to look similiar to Angel but how does it makes sense?

This is what happens when you try to explain basic concepts of sin to people who have little to no experience with religion or sees it in a very edgy "F CHRISTIANS SATAN IS MY DADDY" worldview. You can easily exploit to fit your definitions of what being a "Deadly Sin" is. There's a reason why these people woobify the literal embodiment of man's worst indulgences.

It's put under an infantalized perspective where it's treated as "oh it's not SO bad to indulge in this, after all we have BOUNDARIES and we're meant to be GOOD demons who just so HAPPENS to be the physical embodiment of a person's worst temptations put to the maximum." .

If you don't mind me asking what program did you use for these. I've been screwing around with making GIFs and some free software works alright but fucks up the resolution when exporting no matter how many settings I screw with.

i recommend shotcut if your not already using that, there is an option in its export settings to choose what area is specifically exported which allows for making multiple versions very easily.
it also just so happens to be free and open source

Beal and Asmodeus are in the demon list of the Ars Goetia so that is actually the case for both of them already, even if the show never addresses that.

Having specific sins attributed to them comes from Binsfeld but we don't really know what that title means in the show.

Because the Deadly Sins are one of the only things that people who's only exposure to Christianity is through pop culture would actually recognize. Combine them with famously named demons (also only know through pop culture) because that makes sense in that mindset.
