So Helluva Boss comes out today. Any expectations?

It'll probably be good, or at least entertaining, but hey, knock on wood and all that. I'm just wondering if Vivzies little "cancel culture" group will pop up again. Though Vivzie and her crew didn't deserve that, it was funny watching morons be morons for an bit.

Again I enjoyed it enough that I would like to see more.

Also I assume that either hell has a multiverse (Human/furry universes) surrounding it or that if you go to hell you become a furry.
Well, Alistor was human, so I’m assuming everyone there for the most part was and just got turned into some form of demon when they got to Hell.
But yeah, this new pilot was good. Can definitely see it being a fun side thing.

It was solid, their who "cut away" gags could have been a bit smoother and the pacing is still a bit iffy. But, again, it was worth eleven minutes of my time and it was nice to hear talented voice actors, like Richard Horvitz, but put to good use.
I think the editing was the biggest problem. The cutaway gags are just wonky, to the point where I couldn't even tell what was a flashback and what wasn't a few times. Maybe I'm just retarded, I don't know.

Everything else was good though. I like all the VAs and the character designs are top notch. Moxie and Millie are cute together.

Not a fan of the humor as much in this one, it's a purely subjective statement, but I find everything once the Wolf's flashback starts to be at best meh. I don't mind the characters and I feel like if they were in something less joke based, but still humorous and light in tone I'd really enjoy it.
I am going to echo the opinion that the VAs were all very good. It's also nice they got Richard Horvitz. I don't know if I'd watch a whole series of this one though.

Vivzie seems to be learning from her experiences with Hazbin, this time backgrounds were detailed enough to not be bland but not cluttered and distracting, pacing was clunky but less so, she still likes red a lot but in this one it feels more like an artistic choice than an eyesore, my only real complaint is Luna's clashing design and her weeb name.

I like the premise of Hazbin better but this would pick up speed once the team starts going on their missions, and I'm not that confident that she can continue producing Hazbin, Helluva Boss seems like a more manageable project.

Edit: forgot to mention, the humour is really different in this one, much less sexual for starters.

Helluva Boss is better than Hazbin Hotel for some reason? maybe it's the less "look, this is an naughty cartoon" kind of humor. And yeah, Loona's design really feels a little out of place. The timing of the jokes seems to be better and there isn't that much sound effects just for the sake of being there as in HH. It was...good.

Yeah, Helluva Boss definitely had more entertainment value for me. The edgy humor was handled a lot better, the colors were nicer to look at, the character designs were more cohesive, and it wasn't bloated with pointless musical numbers. I'm going to agree Loona seems like she doesn't belong there as well--I get that she's supposedly some sort of hellhound but she looks like she's an edgy DeviantArt fursona with traits like "hates everyone" and "smokes weed" come to life. Not to mention she looks extremely similar to Vivzie's blue wolf character JayJay just more goth. Hearing Richard Horvitz say "fuck" made my day, though.

It's nice to see Horvitz get to play the foil in a show. I love his panic attack-ridden voice, but it tends to go with a semi-retarded (mentally) character.

The little boy in the show struck me as being out of place, like it was aping another style. For some reason, he came off as John K. style to me. So to have them murder and dismember a John K.-like character did bring a smile to my face, even if I'm way off base.

Still not my cup of tea, but I want to see it become a thing so it gets better. At least I can laugh at it; Hazbin Hotel wasn't as funny, I must admit. There IS potential here, just like HH - I just see this as having more, due to not taking so long to get to its point, as well as being funnier, too.

As for other stuff concerning it...

GOOD. Star Wars SUCKS now. This is only fitting! At least THIS has potential to be good. Star Wars has become a total joke and it's gonna take a long-ass time to repair what needs it badly.

Someone on /co/ found a conspiracy theorist video where the uploader and all the people in the comments genuinely think Helluva Boss is some sort of satanist psy-op to get people to worship the devil.

I'm a proud enough Christian and this doesn't make me want to worship demons. Neither does Hazbin Hotel. Someone on /co/ is being a soccermom, honestly - they need to grow up and fuck off so cartoons in general an truly begin to be made great again. Well... That's only one step of many that need to be made, but still!

Yeah the boy was strangely over-animated I don't know if it's meant to represent that he is alive or what.
