On one hand, I cannot stand recuriters and creators who call for work based on skin color and sexuality because that's some classic soft bigotry of low expectations. On the other hand in this case, IT'S HELL! Everybody is black, white, pink, red, blue, and multicolor demons! The only way a demon could come off as black is if they act like a stereotype and I don't think Vivzie's progressive cock-riding ass wants that. 🚬

Vivzie better be counting every one of her lucky starts that her haters are talentless echochamber screamers with no power outside of a keyboard because my fucking God with these kids. (I know a couple of them are like 20 but they sure don't act like it)

So, Viv realizes that she's been neglecting to diversify her work environment and show casts, and she publicly admits to it and declares she will fix it... and that's a bad thing? I thought the bad thing would be pretending like the issue doesn't exist and doing nothing.

Also, weird that they're so pushy about wanting her to put more black roles into her shows about terrible people living in Hell. I guess we need more monstrous black people burning in eternal damnation now. They certainly wouldn't bitch about that.

For some reason, Viv's response gives me an agreeing feeling. Then the latter just gives me the common "shut the fuck up" when it comes to SJWs. Even though, they are pretty much the same thing?

Imagine if the show got picked up and the network changed Vaggie into a man. :story:

I'd honestly prefer it if Charlie got with Alastor. They have a much more interesting dynamic, plus Charlie and Vaggie's relationship was a last minute decision because they looked cute together on screen. It'd be easy for the writers to retcon it, but I imagine there'd be a lot of salt on Twitter about "muh lesbian erasure", despite lesbian couples in modern television being a dime a dozen.

Or just not include shipping at all, it almost always ends in autism.

Mod Red has got to be the most hilariously consistent Hazbin hater I've seen mostly by how pathetic her attempts to present herself as better than Vivzie are. If you compare the two's careers as we know about them, you can see who's "better" than who. (that comment about big tits = no personality is a dead giveaway to Red being a chick. No one hates women more than women.)

That anon's JK/Vivzie analogy is false. JK doesn't think her critics are woman-haters, she thinks her critics are biology-deniers (which they are). Vivzie once tried to spin her haters as hating her because she's a woman, that bit is true. But she hasn't said anything like that lately. The only thing Vivzie and JK have in common is they both sleep with the tick-ridden wolves called SJWs and cry when the obvious happens.

I'm pretty sure in the Double Toasted interview, Vivzie said the voice recordings were put on hold until quarantine's over, however they finished animating the scenes that required no lines.

Kinda wish this had been part of the actual pilot. One problem I had with the writing is that the episode like the second part to a 2 part premiere, and as an introduction we don't really get the context as to why Charlie chose Angel specifically as Patient 0 for this hotel, or why Angel would agree when he seems comfortable with who he is. Having some of this in the actual episode I think would go a long way in increasing audience investment.

I know the pilot is, well, a pilot and they were probably limited by budget, but I think in that case it would've been better to do what some other pilots have done and started off with a self-contained story where everything was already set up so there'd be more time for characters rather than plot-exposition.
