Anyone can lie online and tumblr is extremely well known for crazy weridos doing just that and even being self aware about it.

If she threatened to blackmail you all then take screencaps and show everyone.
It wouldn't be that hard especially sense you're an EX employee and there would be tons of instances of it was so prevalent.

There shouldn't be more evidence out there of creepy weridos trying to fake being animators to get hired than this being a regular problem.

Notice how, as the Redditor quite astutely pointed out, that Erin posted her little exposé on Tumblr, where, "coincidentally", the majority of Viv's detractors congregate, and therefore, would recieve more support than if she were to go on Twitter, where people are literally love-bombing Viv right now due to her post a couple weeks ago about her mental health being at an "all-time low":

Almost like Erin doesn't actually care about her "co-workers" at all, and has a personal axe to grind or something.

Side note: Viv has surprisingly kept to her word about spending much less time online so far. Could be because she's busy working on the show, could be because she feels like she needs to unplug from the cancer of social media for a while, or a combo of the two, but honestly? Good on her.

Erin's accusations I'm still skeptical about them and I would like seeing further proof before making a final conclusion but if I have to give her credit, she's much more sane than the rest of the "hazbin critical" community that took too much viv derangement syndrome kool-aid.

If you're in charge of a project, you have to get people to do what needs to be done to get it finished. That's going to trample on some toes sometimes. It would be amazing if Viv could get anything done at all without pissing off some people.

A smart person in this idiot's situation would have just sucked it up and moved on and put a very hot property on their LinkedIn or whatever. If asked why they left, "creative differences" or whatever.

I have several issues with this Tumblr Twit's Thread, but the first Big Red Flag for me was the timing.

So, Viv goes on internet hiatus due to the fact that something that supposedly is beyond her control caused her to have to temporarily skip episode 8. This caused a bunch of entitled pricks to harass Viv on Twitter, demanding, the next episode to the point of threatening violence. This causes Viv to become extremely depressed and stressed and decided to leave the internet for awhile.

Shortly after this, this guy decides to suddenly post all these evil things Viv has done? How convenient that he chose now to say all this when Viv's mentally at an all-time low, and Twitter is calling for her head. This just screams "Viv is down, now's my chance to really hurt her with some BS accusations".

Well, to a normal person, it's just a guy whining about a whole lot of nothing, but it's clear he's trying to frame her as this awful malicious person, and people who are terminally online have a very warped view on what qualifies as "misconduct" and "Toxic Harassment".

They often feel that they have to be this aggressive just to get anything done at all.

And they're usually right about that. Men do not usually just submit to the orders of women unless they can enforce them, and that too requires aggression. Look at Margaret Thatcher as an example.

I recall at one point hearing this chick in a longer interview about something or another, and she struck me as a little high strung but I liked her as well.

First of all, at this point any time anyone involved in media talks about "abuse" my immediate assumption is that they're full of it. Essentially unless they're treated like the special little artistic geniuses they think they are they believe they're being "abused".

Also, skeptics are right when they say people in these avenues are indeed more sexist/racist than average. She's a woman, so she's supposed to be nice! But she's demanding things get done on time, rather than telling us we're amazing all the time and patting us on the back constantly! What a total bitch!

Like I said, my understanding of this shit is minimal but I can also tell she's gotten where she has for a reason.
