Vivzie's fucking characters keep trending on twatter and it's annoying but endearing.

>Hellaverse
And we're back to annoying.

All these predictions sound stupid (enough to be true) but kicking off the apocalypse sounds kickass. If that's what happens I hope Vaggie causes it with her maybe being one of those Fallen Angel things manipulating the most spineless demon princess with false hope and poontang.

I swear if this is another episode where Moxxie learns the exact same lesson he did the last FUCKING three times...I won't be mad. Won't even be disappointed. Just meh.
Oh well...hopefully it will at least be funny. That was the whole reason why I wanted to watch this show in the first place.

Edit: Oh who am I kidding...with the way the last three episodes went, it probably won't be.
its been a while can you tell me what that lesson is again? Was it to be more assertive or some other shit?

Pretty much. That's all it ever is. "Stand up for yourself" "Believe in yourself". I wouldn't be so annoyed by it if there was something else he could learn.

The really hilarious thing about all this is that there's not much to Moxxie's character anyway. We know he's the "straight man" and the punching bag. He's good with guns, likes musical theater, and loves his wife. And...that's about it. Wow. What a complex character.

Moxie not being complex isn't even a bad thing exactly. Characters don't have be complex to do their jobs and often simpler characters give space for something else. Like Mario completely summed up by a happy plumber dude saving princesses and others from monsters like a dragon turtle. There is very little else to him but there is no need because Mario games are mostly about the game play and mood.

It's fine that Moxie is basically just a straight man. You need that to make zany characters pop out and is important for normal reaction based jokes. He has purpose and doesn't need to be deeper just sake of it. That to be said then the writers need to accept that he is a simple character that mainly exists to serve other characters journeys. He can have a lime light episode or two but mainly just leave learning lessons and overt character growth to other better suited characters.

Not relevant to main point but kinda like that Moxie is family centric character. I don't mean just loving his wife but also he genuinely doesn't want to hurt families and sees them as automatically kinda good. I think fits to him and gives him a fun moments that are bit more unique.

Viv just dropped some sneak peeks at Hazbin (animation is smooth as fuck) and also teased Mammon, who is apparently Australian.

Edit: Someone deciphered the blue screen of death message that pops up on Vox.

I haven't seen much Spindlehorse/Vivzie hate on twatter or dumblr lately. They must be saving their energy when the series premieres.

Now that we know the animation isn't changing much, we need to know the voice cast. I have walked away from prettier shows and movies because the voices sucked.

I like how Vox is designed and hope he actually does shit in series. For someone who appeared briefly in the pilot he has had a lot of merch.

Vox is the obvious arch-enemy of Alastor, and I'm definitely on Team Alastor on this. Fuck that guy. I want to see him. I want to see him pay.

you're fucking with me right? You take a look at the entire cast and tell me he's the only one who could be Alastor's enemy?

i'm hung over and lazy. what happened here?

How am I fucking with you? Alastor is obviously the demon of radio, and Vox is the demon of the absolute garbage we're suffering from now. How do you not get this?

As a voice sperg, the only one that really worries me is Angel Dust. Charlie was good but I think you could replace her with, say, Eden Sher and not lose much. Alastor was also good but you can cover up a VA change with his radio distortion. Everybody else was either competent but not exceptional (Vaggie, Husker), or a great performance but the character is too minor to really worry about (Sir Pentious).

Angel Dust though, they better find a way to have Kovacs voice him. His voice is VERY distinct, and his performance brought something to the character that would be extremely hard to replace.

lol calm down I only said that because I haven't seen this guy outside of fanart and merchandise. And when you look at the rest of the rogues gallery and knowing alastor's reputation, any one or more of them could be his sworn enemy (except Nifty of course).

I mean, it's canon that Alastor and Vox hate each other, so AnOminous isn't wrong.
I need to see it though. Not be told it. That stupid shit is what jk rowling and others do to excuse bad writing.

We technically already have seen it in the Alastor comic, so I wouldn't doubt the show will shed more light on their relationship either.

Michael is sadly among those who got replaced because of union bullshit. I'm concerned about Angel Dust as well.

Something came up when reading abou that purging stuff. If Hell can get full, then cannot Heaven get full, even accounting the narrow road to Heaven? As some of us have speculated, the "big twist" is likely that Heaven is so strict on who can enter that it doesn't run the risk of overpopulation. Helluva Boss has shown that a sinful act in the spur of the moment (Murder Family) or a lifetime of them (C.H.E.R.U.B) can land you in Hell. We haven't really seen a situation where a hit that the I.M.P crew takes turned out to be an innocent victim, and probably never will. All the humans killed in Spring Broken were just a means for Blitzo to win a bet, the agents in Truth Seekers were a hostile threat, and in the latest episode, Seeing Stars, anyone that was killed were just in the way rather than actual targets. I am not sure if that series will dive into the ramifications of Blitzo's business outside of the crew no longer having access to Earth because of Stolas losing his status.
