If so, then it's pretty interesting that Hector would do that... He was an admin on that tech troon instance (treehouse.systems), and he had a large following there.

Archiving a page where it says he got suspended is not possible afaik, archiver tries to open suspended profile directly and server returns with 404 page.
Searching for that username shows the page like above.
Archiving API lookup request link does work, so there it is, better than nothing IMHO, take a note of "suspended".

Probably hide from drama. He got BTFO'ed in that email thread when his own Mastodon posts were used against him. He has to have wised up to the idea maintainers are aware of his passive aggressive social media threats and doesn't want it used against him the next time he calls for Daddy Linus.

Hector is bitch made and can't win technical arguments against maintainers, especially ones maintaining stuff he has no desire to touch e.g. filesystems. If he actually took down Hector's account, that may be one of the few good things he's done (along with defederating Pawoo, the instance with a CP problem that Hector keeps defending so much).

Partially, yes. It does make intel gathering harder, but as long as there's 1 (one) follower from an instance that doesn't respect deletion requests and follows hector, it means jack shit. (so someone can scrape hector's post from that 'site instead) And knowing Ariadne he most likely did that to cover Hector's ass.

That was like what, two whole years ago? And only done partially? When I check pawoo with the fba it doesn't list treehouse.systems in any way, shape or form. So as far pawoo is concerned it's on the same network as hector/ariadne. Treehouse however doesn't list its blocks and I can't see how they can be scraped, which is really weird for a mastodon instance. Blocked/Rejected/Quarantined/Restricted websites on fedi are usually aware of it.
