I submitted my request for a refund. This is unacceptable. Access to a game you've purchased should only be between you and the platform you purchased it on, a third party cannot interfere to take away your access. Fucking ridiculous.

I was at a mere 12h and was auto-denied based on game-time.
I don't think a human even examined my ticket.
I suspect the public rage will have to build a bit more before Gabe authorizes this check to be disabled on refund requests and to get them to a human.

Sony is the publisher and needs to a way to ban PC players... the only way they can do that now is by going through Valve.
