I second cutting edge. Blitzer was one of the best primaries in the game before the update and it still has a lot going for it. I used to so much I got bored of how good it was. Polar patriots has a great selection of primaries after that. Urban warfare has one of the better armors, sadly it's only for light and heavy though. The cowboy weapons are great for bots, and the hover pack great for bugs.
I’d agree with the ranking. The best war bonds just have a lot of different options.
I would say the urban warbond has a lot of value against the illuminate specifically. The at turret melts leviathans, walkers, and ships. The armed supply drops are fantastic when holding points against voteless and overseers.

I debated on steeled veterans because besides the senator, the war bond doesn't seem substantial, it has a decent armor passive and the dominator but those aren't offering anything ground breaking comparatively. That's why I put it with chemical agents because likewise it's only real value is the gas grenades, the gas guard dog, and maybe the stim pistol.
The space cowboy DLC is great. Laser pistol and the repeating rifle are now my default weapons add in the dynamite from blood and I’m unstoppable.
Take the LAS98 , snuke, HMG emplacement and the anti tank emplacement and I’m set for fighting the bots.
Swap out anti tank for machine gun or machine gun turret and you can fight the illuminate.

What's funny is that the CCO for HD2 said that he wouldn't add a hat on top of helmets when frontier justice came out, Literally the next warbond they added a hat.
It has to be an oversight due to them being Swedish cucks and not thinking about how normal civilians would totally pull their rifles out and kill voteless for the defense of Super Earth.
Though it does also make me seethe uncontrollably because I've been constantly hit with this cope about how it's supposed to be dogshit because it's issued to every civilian and mostly ceremonial, but they have the ability to actually show that aspect off and it's nowhere to be seen.

I wish they'd take a page from the movie Mimic and add a Judas breed inspired bug that looks like a Helldiver. Could basically be a stalker on two legs that doesn't go invisible, relying on confusion to get close and do damage.
