I think ThiccFilA mentioned it in one of his videos and demonstrated it not working. I'm not sure under what conditions it didn't work.

I'd be afraid if it closed. The sheer uprising we'd see. I don't think illuminate armor is strong enough to stop a stool thrown by a skinny black dude in an Eagles jersey.

He also had an infinite charge spartan laser that was far better than most of the support weapons in the game, including that shitty over the shoulder charge up pea shooter that only works on bile titans sometimes. Seriously, how the fuck did video games regress from the Spartan laser so much? This is undemocratic as fuck. Bring the Spartan laser to the helldivers.

The unsafe mode on the railgun should do x4 the damage it does now, double the charge time, and make it overpenetrate targets. If it's too strong just make it cost more ammo to do an unsafe shot.

We still don't have a plasma support weapon. Some kind of plasma cannon could be a great counterpart to the Commando just as the EAT has the Quasar. Feeding from a magazine without a backpack, individual shots are less powerful but it can still bring down the big bads and its ability to avoid potential overkill like the commando makes it potentially more flexible for medium targets. Plus, the bullet drop and distinct drag of plasma shots contrasts nicely to the Commando's similarly unique projectile characteristics, being guided.

I like running Quasar on bots because you can use it to blow up the Bot spawners from half a map away if you spend ten seconds to find high ground. I hear they buffed the health of the city spawners for bots though, not sure if the Quasar still one shots.
 
After 10 days of nothing but Illuminate, I am absolutely sick of them. I hate their fat boys with their nigh impossible to dodge charge. I hate their overly tanky and fast flyers. I hate their Reinforcement calls that can't be interrupted. I hate their repetitive missions. But, above all, I HATE THEIR DUMB FUCKING LEVIATHANS THAT CAN ONE SHOT YOU FROM ACROSS THE MAP.

I enjoyed fighting in the city but at this point I'm truly fatigued of them. I like to help out the MOs a little but I don't expect they'll succeed with the follow up given the sheer number they're expecting.

Maybe we could fight out in some non-urban areas on Super Earth, that'd help a little.
 
The illuminate drop ship mission would be really cool on a fortified position that has seaf troops milling around inside of it, slightly more open then the regular city maps, with some big guns shooting at stuff in space
 
So I just got back into this game during the Super Earth event and want to know why there are over 14,000 players in the Terminid zone just fucking off. Is it some dumb protest thing? It's not like Terminids are more fun with their lame chargers and bile titans requiring more work to take out.

Shoot the glowing fucking drones you retard. They're slow and are easy to destroy and there's even a delay while they scan you.
As for the rest of your post, you're just shit. Squids are boring and I'm sick of them but not because of anything you listed. They're just incredibly easy. At least the bugs are fun to fight despite them being easy too. How are you even getting killed by the leviathans? Are you standing still with no cover constantly?
