Helldivers 2 - Hell is more diverse than ever as PlayStation's demographics continue to grow and change.

The more I play the more sick I'm getting of this super credit grinding. If they kept super credits for cosmetics I think that would be fine but tying premium currency into weapon and stratagem progression feels like free to play game pay-to-win tactics except you have to pay $40 to play the game.

They've also been making the warbonds smaller while still charging 1k credits. To add insult to injury playing higher difficulties punishes you because you'll get far less super credits due to higher odds of other random shit spawning reducing super shekel spawns and not having the time or reinforcements to explore on most 8-10 difficultly dives. Or you can play the boring super low difficulties to farm. I feel punished for wanting to play higher difficulties where it takes me 35+ hours of gameplay to unlock a single warbond unless I go spam level 3 missions.

I checked (((reddit))) to see what other retards think and unsurprisingly they're clapping like retarded seals talking about how the devs so generous to grace us with free curency and you should actually be grateful, sweaty. They're tying weapon and stragems behind overpriced warbonds that offer increasingly little content for your benefit, chud. And think of the free 500 currency. What are you, ungrateful? You don't think weapons should be tied behind premium currency in a game you already paid $40 for? Give the company more money and thank them for the honor. These people have stockholm syndrome.

The weirdest shit is Helldivers gets a pass from everybody for doing this. Imagine if any other game did this shit. Imagine if Deep Rock Galactic tied weapons behind premium currency, or Teamfortress 2, Vermintide, Darktide, so on. People would be upset. But with Helldivers everyone just accepts it. Put cosmetics behind paid currency, fine. But weapons and stratagems? Fuck off with that shit.

I hate modern games and modern "gamers"
What annoys me is that they started adding new places to look for super credits that are kind of hard to find or get to (for example, shipping containers on top of small ledges in the city maps). On level 10, it’s rare you have time to explore those nooks while trying to get to 100%.

I’d recommend adding the super credit mod that puts a huge arrow on the cache, it really helps. I was convinced that they were reducing the number of caches of super credits on level 10 but I’ve been able to find at least 30 per mission since adding the mod. I play a few missions in the evening and have all the warbonds. I don’t consider the mod a cheat because you still have to explore a little.

If you’re not on PC, that sucks.

Id be less annoyed if they either upped the amount you find in the caches or lowered the amount for the warbond overall. 1k for 3 tiers of stuff is a little much.

You get 300 supercredits from the previous warbond so the net cost is only 700.

The $20 2100 SC pack therefore lets you buy three warbonds assuming you find zero supercredits in missions, which never happens.

I think it still might be interruptable but when the spore smoke comes out it's over.
Yesterday I popped five scavengers in a row as they just began the animation. First one started, pop, second one started, pop, and so on. Between that and my machine gun turret the patrol didn't get the bug breach off. It felt pretty cool.

I joined some guys who intentionally failed a defense mission to hunt leviathans and because autocannons were a free calldown we made the autocannon forest in the lower courtyard:

Ever since the killzone 2 stuff came out, I've only ever used the stg assault rifle.

Though, I do have a fondness for the laser rifle you get from the first battlepass, it carried me when dealing with the squids

Going back to the DCS against bots after hitting level 25 on both the Liberator Carbine and the the Liberator Penetrator just feels right. Great for snap headshots and even if you don't land those you can pick devastators apart quick and body shot troopers. Pairs great with the Talon pistol if you need to shoot the groin out of a scout strider after your rifle runs dry.

However, I will bring the medium Killzone armor that was on the superstore against bugs because fire, gas and electric damage are all expected friendly fire dangers in that theater.

Holy shit, is there any situation where youd want the plasma Epoch?
Yeah, actually. In almost any situation. It's such a great intermediate anti tank option with tons of ammo and no backpack slot, which opens up all sorts of tactical options and builds that would otherwise lack the anti tank throughput that backpack weapons offer and the Quasar cannot... if it ever fucking shot where you were pointing it
Its such an inaccurate piece of shit.
There was obviously no QA or playtesting, the devs didn't ever actually test the thing. Nobody even casually loaded up a match on a lunch break to play around. They announced that there would be a hotfix less than a day after the warbond came out but apparently changing two values in a script somewhere is too hard for Swedes. Inb4 they finally do patch it but it still has spread. A total waste of potential from a weapon that would otherwise be totally S tier.

The problem is when they patch something, something completely unrelated gets absolutely borked. When they patch the Epoch, it'll probably break the Spear's lock-on or make it that the Integrated Explosives perk will just proc randomly.

The spaghetti code giveth, and the spaghetti code taketh away.
