I can't tell if its good or bad all the good shit is outside of the new Warbond and in the store.

I heard the shotgun was basically just a better version of the Halo shotgun, which makes me excited to try it.

I went to login and just buy the Warbond and check the store. My page is borked and the new Warbond is literally just fucking blank. Also, the Pummeler just isn't working apparently, because God only knows.

Switch to the main product version instead of the slim one.

Pummler (and flag) are unavailable because of bugs lmao. You couldn't reload the pummler and the flag was just broken.
 
I used to be Super Earth's strongest soldier but at this point I literally can't be fucked. This game is on a total downward spiral lmao

I'd call it a prediction but that's giving too much credit to basic pattern recognition. The new Illuminate enemies are going to be legendarily bad.

This implies that we're going to get to the planet fast enough. I know I won't be entirely participating in the Illuminate MO because it's not that fun to play against them right now, especially with how the new "subfaction" is just mostly Flesh Mobs and Voteless. No thank you, Arrowhead.

It feels a little weak. Of course that could be from the sound design since it doesn't have that booming pump action feel to it that some of the other shotguns have. The slam fire is nice through.
 
The WW1 warbond is solid overhaul the SMG has a nice punchy sound and feel, but the shotgun feels flat but it's actually great.

If you like Starship Troopers then April is most likely gonna be the klendathu event and if I remember right, the warbond coming with it well have a new mech.

I know there is concept art for a new one and even for the warbond with it itself and there is also an old mech from HD1 that the devs have been wanting to bring back but trying to figure out when is the best time to bring it back, there is also the APC that is still waiting to be revealed which is already in the game files and fully functional and a SEAF drop off troopers stratagems that's still being worked on, could also be one of these but I figure the mechs would fit the starships troopers theme event better.
The WW1 warbond is apparently a Trench Crusade crossover warbond, so maybe we'll see the new units once that's officially announced as the next big story update will be for the Squids, once Cyberstan arc comes to a close.

SEAF are literally not good enough for a stratagem,
they should just spawn in defense campaigns planetwide.
Imagine if defense colonies are staffed by SEAF troopers holding the damn line.

Cyberstand pissed me off because i thought we'd see them on the front.

IMO there should also be new side objectives related to SEAF. Relieving an outpost where all the local SEAF has gone into the emergency bunker and by re-establishing comms which would then cause at least a squad's worth of SEAF to come out of it. Overrun field hospital where wounded await evacuation inside a cryogenic shipping container, waiting for off-planet evac. Gunship base where the hunkered down pilots / crew await for supplies, relief, and escort security to go back into the air.
 
It’s fascinating to look at Arrowhead’s trajectory with Helldivers from the beginning up to now. From how it only expected to have a fraction of the player base with Arrowhead choosing not to hire more people because they were worried about lay offs once the player count inevitably dropped, but now that the game has remained popular for so long they are forced to outsource work to keep up with demand, finally leading to the overall design direction feel less concrete seeing how nothing is made inhouse with them handing the reins to whichever random shit stained Indian to deliver the next piece of content.

Really at this point I wonder if they should just sell Helldivers to a different studio entirely and stop playing hot potato with who gets to develop the game next.
