All portable devices that are capable of running some approximation of a video game are welcome, devices that can interface with a phone carrier directly are not. Specific enough for you spastics?

Me too, but on the plus side its easier to keep useful information available in the thread itself.

RECOMMENDED DEVICES:

3326 based, excellent community software support and screen, absolute bottom of the barrel trash hardware including the dpad and inputs.
Many many clones, refer to the wiki
-Batlexp G350
Also 3326 based but made by ambernig, meaning the build quality is on par with their XX and RG line of handhelds. Very good quality plastics and inputs.
Sticks have the snapping problem, still hasn't been fixed.

-H700 devices
Aside from the outliers, namely the 35xxSP and 28xx, all have build quality that punch way above their price range, but don't expect much past PS1. MuOS has port master support
