I find it funny that snapdragon beating up thay dude reinforces the idea that trans people would be a liability in a combat situation,
Another poster brought up a really funny point about that earlier too, Snap breaks his wrist punching that dude. To break your wrist throwing a punch you have to have either the softest bitch bones in existence or throw that punch in an exceptionally retarded way, if you're going to warrior school and you fuck up a simple punch that badly you're going to be the subject of ridicule since this obviously isn't the life for you.

Let's be honest: This isn't the life for ANY of them except maybe elf chick, dwarf chick, and purple-haired bitchy chick.

The funny thing is that Snapdragon being trans has the unintended consequence for the shows "diversity" message that men cannot be feminine without wanting to be woman
That's troons and enbys in general, though. No one reinforces gender stereotypes more than these people. They claim not to, then the moment someone doesn't 100% adhere to their idea of gender norms they start trying to 'crack the egg'.

Wait, they actually released this? I thought it was cancelled! Congratulations on getting 1 star for your efforts!

Also, this part of the interview article made me lol:

Yes, because that's a hallmark of a high-quality production.
This is evidence that queerness needs to be pushed back in production if you want to at least be decent.

And this show was originally pitched as a children's show. Holy fucking shit, what is wrong with these people?
I think it was pitched as a lighthearted kids show, but someone meddled in and forced them to add adult humor. If you look at the show, 99% of it is child friendly media, but then there's suddenly out of place cursing and blood and whatever. Here's the thing though: a lighthearted adventuring show works perfectly fine for weebs, and trying to make it more adult to appeal to them won't work since they hate HGS out of principle. They really shouldn't have added any of the adult content, or tried to work it in the show better.

Mmm... I wonder which group would enjoy a child-like design aesthetic, but with adult situations...

I think you can do a child like aesthetic while putting the characters in a serious situation. It'd be a neat way to catch the audience off guard or make for a silly but gory show to watch. Lets be honest though, these people who think shouting their pronouns and how gay they are is an appropriate way to develop a character aren't ever going to be good enough to write something like that.

More to the point, here's a video cataloguing every single adult moment in the show, for your collective perusal. Hey, did you guys know that that there is a moment in the show where the trans teacher literally invites a guy (apparently) back to his place for a good time? Take a look:
