The goys may love their slop, but the initial reveal was "HEY GUYS CHECK IT OUT THE PEOPLE WHO MADE TITANFALL MADE A THING" and they showed something completely generic and disappointing. Geoff may have singlehandedly crippled any sloppa longevity the game has because he decided to make it his final sperg of the night.

Assuming it can run on a potato. Third worlders don't have top-of-the-line gayming peecees. Shit's becoming expensive again. Thirdies'll only prop your f2p sloppa if it's available on mobile or something like that.

You say that, but every once in a while I wonder if Overwatch 2 was quietly cancelled and Google tells me it already came out in 2023. Even the kings of genre-defining goyslop can't make one of these fucking games that isn't DOA.

hard agree, we gave colorful shooters a try for more than a decade now and they are making kids sterile, everyone is too obese to join the military, and i am so weary of soft ass rosters that look like a casting call for "demon/animal that gets fucked by deviantart OC"
 
What the *fuck* is this setting? Sci-fi fantasy generally involves picking a few things from column A and a few things from column B, not just having literally every single trope from both genres somehow existing side-by-side. Here we have swords AND energy weapons AND conventional firearms AND throwing knives AND magic AND grenades AND siege weaponry AND force fields AND portals AND eagle-vision from Assassin's Creed Origins AND spaceships AND we're riding horses. Calm down!

It's a game for everyone, which really means it's a game for no one. Throw every gay-ass sci-fantasy trope you can at the wall and hope it sticks.

I think it is suppose to be a Space Fantasy game but, it looks so toothless. There are far better examples of what they're going for. Look up "Heavy Metal" both the 1981 animated movie and the magazine.

Highguard looks completely and utterly toothless. It is another design by committee game. All the grit has been removed so that it doesn't offend anyone.
The environments look so generic that they may as well have been bought from an asset store.

Highguard has generic strong female and zoomzoom man. Its as if someone say designs from the 70s and 80s and decided to update them for a modern audience but, with slightly less exclusivity.

This isn't another Concord or at least it's failure won't be the same kind of funny. The character designs killed Concord that's for certain but the gameplay and method of drip feeding content would have done it in regardless (the latter was the cope that access urinalists peddled, get raped by a pack of rabid niggers, Paul Tassi). All one had to to was look at the hideous tranny and obese poojeeta and that told you all you needed to know. Concord offered the safe edgy jewtubers the lowest of low hanging fruit and the rest was history. Firewalk didn't do themselves any favors as they came off as petulant and out of touch in every appearance. This just looks boring. The grifter caste probably can't milk it the same as they did with Concord and because the game isn't as overtly pozzed, and the access media and their soylems won't mount a zealous defense as it's not ticking the <current thing> boxes they require to become fully invested.
The game might lose a couple hundred million, it might not. I look at the trailer and all I see is visual clutter and assets that look like they came from the UE asset store. It's completely uninspired. You could have told me it was AI generated and I would have believed it.

A MOBA that is more third person arena shooter with fluid movement. If I have played the game or watched anything related to it, most of the time players are fucking airborne and constantly moving.

God I fucking hope this game fucking dies. I will enjoy watching every video released shitting on this game, anticipating the shitty player counts, the backlashes and the inevitable day it fucking dies.
THE only type of game not just shooters but ALL games need to go back to are the ones with fucking physics. Like Halo, HALF LIFE, red faction, and I can't think of anything else BECAUSE PHYSICS HAVE BEEN FUCKING STAGNANT IN VIDEO GAMES SINCE FOREVER. For a more recent title seee THE fucking FINALS. THE FINALS WIPES THIS SHIT.
