Horrorcow Hollie Dance / Lisa Pittaway / Ella Carter / Archie Battersbee / Lauren Summers/ Dignity For All / Archie's Army / Spread The Purple Wave - The Mama Nails of Essex, Her Whiteknights, and Her A-Logs

I doubt that this'll have any legs (other than for publicity) and, even if it went to trial, in Archie's case, TiKTok can point out that Archie's death has already been the subject of a UK inquest and the coroner said 'there was no evidence he was doing an online challenge at the time, as his mother believed'

There has never been any evidence to backup Hollie's assertion that Archie died during a 'Blackout Challenge', in fact she blocked the Police from fully accessing Archie's phone (likely scared that it's show up her shit parenting). She probably looked through it herself after it was returned and if she'd found anything on there relating to a 'Blackout Challenge' she'd have been shouting about it from the rooftops.

In the absence of compelling evidence, TikTok won't just roll over and give her $shitload (official measure of US payouts) as it'd open the floodgates to claims from every other chancer...

But don't people "settle" in the USI? Even if the corporation knows it's not guilty. Hollie would be made for life... except she'll have to enjoy the dosh in her prison cell.
Some companies do routinely settle even obviously bullshit lawsuits to avoid the cost of litigation, although when they do they rarely pay much, certainly not life changing money. However I doubt TikTok would in this case because that would open them to an absolute flood of similar lawsuits. More likely I think they'd take the strategy of going balls to the wall in their defense, knowing that however much it costs, losing would ultimately csot more, thus trying to head it off at the pass.

All just a bunch of old, bitter twats, innit. Proper washed-up, middle-to-old-aged twats on here, aren’t you? No intelligence, no heart. Read a fucking book or two, get a degree. And obviously, you need therapy if you gotta belittle and speak ill of a dead child. Just shows how bitter and sad you really are, innit. Gosh lad, put them boxing mitts on and punch a bag instead of a dead boy. You lot need to find somethin’ better to do with your sad lives.

Stop talkin’ shit and show some respect to the poor lad. Focus your hatred on his cunt family, fam. I’m baffled you lot bother to comment here if you don’t care for the lad. Why bother if all you have is hatred and disgust in your hearts? If any of you actually cared for the lad, you wouldn’t be speakin’ ill of him. At first, I thought we were all joined in disgust for his mother (and the others around her), but the way some of you speak about Archie is proper disgusting, innit.

The disrespect and lack of empathy is beyond fucked, innit. No one should be speakin' ill of a child, especially not one who isn't here to defend himself. It's a reminder that we gotta show some compassion and respect, no matter what someone’s gone through. Archie deserves that respect, fam.

I swear, bruv. All these bitter, old cunty "men" on here, proper stuck in your conservative nonsense and chav hate, innit. You’ve got no empathy, no heart. Your hate for a child and ignorance is embarrassing. I’m embarrassed on your behalf, fam.
Neck yourself, chav faggot.

Well well well...

Look who showed up on the homepage of the BBC...

Gotta love how the woman next to Hollie seems to be leaning away from her. She looks almost smug sat there, as though she thinks the image of her dressed somewhat respectably for the first time in her life will sway public opinion of her and maybe get her the scraps of sympathy she’s been chasing since she put Archie six feet under and it all dried up.

I just don't get it. The BBC knows she's been charged with a serious crime. They know the Coroner found no evidence that her loathsome son was doing any sort of challenge. They know she refused to let anyone access his browsing history. Yet they give this chav grifter a platform amongst (presumably) respectable people.

Where is the journalism? Who is there to challenge her?

Perhaps they’re doing it as a subtle demonisation of the lower class. They give her a platform under the guise of supporting her cause, they let her show her true vile colours to the audience, and they’re immediately reminded of all the negative stereotypes associated with chavs like Hollie.

Honestly, she should just shut her mouth and let herself fade into obscurity so there’s less public scrutiny on her criminal offences. But sadly, it’s Hollie Dance, a woman with no filter, no morals and a desperate need to be the centre of attention, even if it meant neglecting her precious baby Archie to the point he roped himself.

I don't think there's a plot. Proper journalism is dying if someone like Hollie can appear with respectable people and the interviewer cannot ask them if they are comfortable sharing a lawsuit and an interview with an ex-pole dancer who is on bail for very serious, violent offences.

It was the same when the Tramadol slag was imprisoned in Cairo. Her chav sisters appeared on a morning show, covered in industrial amounts of makeup, to demand she be released. It was common knowledge that the Tramadol were illegally obtained in the UK and had been hidden in Panadol packets to get them through Egyptian Customs - or not as the case turned out. It had also been reported internationally that her wedding "certificate" with the wastrel Egyptian "husband" she was supplying the drugs to was a fake so she was busted for that as well. No one challenged the family. No one suggested she might have deserved a couple of years in the boob for opiate smuggling.

Surely even on the basis of getting better ratings if not public interest they'd do better tripping people like this up?

Man, I hope all of the stuff documented here wont bite her on the ass for that lawsuit. Though it's the UK so likely will side with the parents over the tech company. Sooner tech companies leave the UK and Europe the better. All they're doing is losing money by being there and it's not like the UK or Europe even know anything about tech so they'll come crawling back begging and changing their bullshit laws.

Its most unfortunate that "investigative journalism" is all but dead now.

Reporters just rehash stuff they read on the internet and submit it to their editor, who then forwards it for publication with barely more than a cursory check. At least that's how I see how it works now.

I think journalists quit reporting facts back when internet advertisement became a thing and instead jthey ust post made up crap guaranteed to get people clicking their links. To them, Googlebucks > Accuracy.

After all, anyone remember the infamous "Penis Beaker" saga when the UK press ran stories based on troll post off Mumsnet for nearly a week?

The woman in question, Lisa Kenevan, has teamed up with Hollie, and together they’ve been touring Essex schools in the name of “BeChallengeAware”.

I know this because they visited my child’s school last year and it was written up in the newsletter.

Isaac Kenevan (13) from Basildon, is also said to have died after taking part in a choking challenge. Couldn’t find much about him online so the jury’s out on whether Lisa’s “choking challenge” claim is as dubious as Hollie’s.
