Didn't find anything about him being a tranny but I think this at least adds some validity to the original screenshots.
 
Ever see the "Shinkiro" (蜃気楼, "Mirage") MV that looks like older animu? Someone on Reddit identified the car briefly seen in the MV.

It's an 1967 Alfa Romeo Spider 1750 Veloce.​

And spots in that idyllic town in the MV are based on places in IRL San Francisco. Of course, IRL San Francisco isn't exactly idyllic.

Several of the street shots look like SF locations, although the music video as a whole looks like it takes place in that mythical CA where the city looks like SF but it's sunny with palm trees like LA.​

Hololive getting into Twitch right way after what happened at Twitchcon is kinda funny. Especially considering the continued decline of Twitch as a platform and other issues

JP Gen 1, most of them are still active.
EN would be Mori, Kiara, & Ina.

As for counting pl's or alternate careers I have no idea but quite a few JP members are well over 30.
