Time to laugh at trannies brewing their own troonshine because they are cheapskates. This thread is for mockery only, please do not try any recipes yourself. 
The main types of homebrew troonshine I've seen were either estradiol gel or troonshine injections. Estradiol gel is very easy to make and comparatively requires less sophisticated setups. Injections are not only difficult, they are also horrifying if you know the type of ingredients troons would use.
There was a site last year advertising various sources of HRT, they also had guides on making homebrew troonshine. The site is gone, however, it was all luckily archived.

This does not fall under homebrew generally, I simply wanted to analyse the countries guilty of trooning the world with premade eunuch medication. A simple glance reveals Thailand, Hong Kong (Mainland China), EU, India and Brazil as the main sources. I added Mainland China in brackets because many Chinese stores will use Hong Kong as a proxy to circumvent the watchful eye of the CPC.
Chinese Twitter is filled with examples of homebrew HRT.

Faithful translation (not done by a translator).
1. 17-β Estradiol, cheapest for 155 yuan/10g. Search for CAS 50-28-2 [1] to find it on Taobao, don't search for the keyword estradiol.
2. CAS 54182-57-9, Carbomer 980 [2], 55 yuan/10g. Don't be cheap, there are fake ones which will not form a gel. I purchased imported ones which were expensive.
3. Triethanolamine [3], 11 yuan/g. Don't be cheap, the cheap ones are yellow with a weird odour.
4. Distilled water, free? Just use drinking water instead.
5. Alcohol, 15 yuan/L, 75% or 95%, as long as it's above 60%.
[1]: CAS = chemical abstract service, a registration code used world wide to identify chemicals.
[2]: A type of thickener/gel maker.
[3]: A compound used in many skincare products. Will cause irritation after prolonged use.

Two cheap scales, some dirty rod, and a coke bottle with the top sawed off as a makeshift beaker to mix his compounds.
I'm not going to bother with translating the steps, skip to the final result.
He's using what appears to be a nail polisher to mix his Satanic gel.
Basically, he blended 95% alcohol with estradiol, then added water. After mixing, progressively add in 1g of Carbomer 980, mix well, add the mix to a dispenser, then add in triethanolamine.
Let's see the glaring reviews of his troon jelly.

This troonjelly recipe uses carbomer, you can just see it as a thickener. These come in packs of powder, they are very light and some regulators consider it a microplastic (technically not true).
