Here's some information on (likely) troon jelly.
An array of rubbish from consumer supplement stores, nothing is sterilised. A cheap tranny like this isn't going to test his shoddy ingredients before concocting his abominable stew. Now, these troons want to peddle this to minors. Totally not a bunch of delusional, fetishistic paedophiles.
A horrific array of off-the-shelf food/consumer grade stuff. He is also sourcing bulk chemicals from Alibaba.
When even carbomer is too expensive, trannies use aloe vera gel. The worst they'll get is skin irritation, so I suppose estradiol diluted in alcohol being mixed with aloe vera gel is a lot safer than mixing it with shoddy thickener from Alibaba. He's cooking his troon gel with average kitchenware. None of these chemicals have been tested for impurities that will compromise its quality, or even make it deadly. These troons want to peddle this stuff to children, by the way.

The Vanuatuan site circumvents the need of a prescription, while asking for outrageous prices. It is likely an offshoot of someone/group with the licensing required to import prescription medication. Essentially, they are functionally drug dealers. While morally reprehensible, at least the medication is completely safe.
Before raw materials are used, they are analysed with a spectrometer for any impurities from the manufacturing process. This requires labour, calibration upkeep, time, space and consumes energy. You can see a list of common equipment here:

Currently I advise cheaper (for EEn powder quantities 20 g or less) vendor DragonOrdnance shipping from China. EEn powder from him was tested, it's the real thing. Also, he has multiple testimonials for anabolics and testosterone on bodybuilder forums. Shipping $50. "Stealth shipping" means that there may be (or not) also something else in the parcel besides the hidden bag with EEn powder, don't throw out anything.
Here comes the incompetent troon rage.
If you are paranoid and believe incompetent or deceitful slander about this guide then you can buy washed sealed sterile empty vials on eBay or Amazon and buy new caps or carefully unbend crimped caps with a small flat screwdriver. Really it'd not improve "safety". But in USA and UK these vials are cheaper if you want fast shipping.
Again this wouldn't matter but it's being injected, ffs. There's a reason proper medication and SINGLE USE glassware isn't cheap. It's likely that at least several out of each batch is tested for impurities.
For sterilization put the sealed vial into a pot with tap water, after that boil the water, keep the water boiling for 30 min, turn off the heat, wait until the water cools off. The cap darkens - that doesn't matter. If you already have any pressure cooker (or a multi-cooker with pressure cooker function) then use it instead of a pot (vial submerged in water), else a pot is enough!
Portable steam autoclaves are like $250. Why skimp on that? The upkeep is expensive, but we're talking about medication here. Actually, go ahead. Just use that boiling water method.
Sterilisation with an autoclave isn't at all equivalent to a pressure cooker. This is just downright nasty. It's fine if you're trying to sterilise glassware to grow mushrooms and metal tools to manipulate stuff, but for an injection? I'd just buy an autoclave and use is cautiously, or leech from a friend who works in a lab with access.
An autoclave uses dry steam, a pressure cooker uses wet steam.
An autoclave usually runs at 121 Celsius at ~15 PSI. A pressure cooker, can go up to 121C, pressure information is often not found because they're not designed for autoclaving.

It's just another reason why bootleg supplements are 15 times cheaper, as this troon cries about greedy doctors and lawmakers. He doesn't realise that even an abysmally low chance of infection due to improper sterilisation will be detrimental once the base number is high, and the people will be held accountable. Let alone the cost of recalling and damage to optics.

Relax, it's safe. Basically all the cream products, even stuff like hair care products (shampoo, conditioner) would contain something similar.

Pressure cooker/autoclave
No, 100°C is not enough to sterilize your vials. You need AT LEAST a 120°C!
A pressure cooker can achieve temperatures higher than 100°C by boiling off the water and increasing the pressure inside the pot. A higher pressure also means a higher temperature. For a pressure cooker to be able to reach temperatures of 120°C you need a pressure of at least 2 bar or 29 psi. (in the manual they will say the pressure is 1 bar, but that is 1 bar added on top of atmospheric pressure (which is 1 bar))

Or you can look in any appliance store and see if they have pressure cookers. Cheap "autoclaves" sold on aliexpress or ebay are basically pressure cookers.
Yeah, 121C in a pressure cooker is not the same as the 121C in an autoclave. I don't know the equivalences here but they're just not the same. At least it's better than dipping filthy labware in boiling water.

Something like this simply will not happen to any reputable pharmaceutical company. Chinese or Indian or otherwise. If he doesn't even bother with visual inspections preferably under a UV torch for impurities, you bet he's probably not bothering with pressure cookers. Just dip all the cheap Alibaba glass and metal in boiling water, that'll do!
(All the phenylcarbinol in the world won't help if your filthy troonshine distillery is contaminated with this crap.)
A dust free enclosure can be built for around $300 using an extrusion-built frame with an Alibaba premade HEPA filter. It's very cheap to operate and will prevent tranny pubes/cat hair from getting into the final product.
