Holy moly that someone would be insane enough to put something like that into their own body.
And then there's an idiot telling people they shouldn't do it.
Just insane
Junkies shoot up crazier shit, but then again I've always regarded needle freaks and troons with the same level of disgust.

mix 2mL of BALC in about 96mL of MCT oil plus the estrogen material. This gives about 2mg/mL concentration of benzyl alcohol in the final solution which then they bottle into the 10mL vials. This 0.2% concentration
The site doesn't list the concentration of the benzyl alcohol so this is probably too high (assuming you used a 100% concentration of benzyl alcohol for the math).

It seems benzyl alcohol comes in 0.9% - 2% concentrations. So likely the final product is closer to 0.002% benzyl (assuming a 1% concentration to start). Mathfags please check my work.

A proper lawfag might give you a better opinion, but like, the synthesis path isn't a secret, there are papers describing it and it's public information.
Provided the precursors aren't themselves illegal to sell (which I don't know where they are at), I imagine things get murky.

It certainly seems like some sort of reckless neglect to advise an amateur to perform a sensitive reaction that should be pharmaceutical grade, and you certainly don't see, say, chemistry youtubers doing that sort of thing without big legal disclaimers; and they don't sell you the kit you need to perform the reaction.

If your kid went and got a blood clot over injecting tit juice with cat hair particulate and spores and shit, I mean yeah the people going “you should absolutely do this even if you're not a trained professional in a well equipped lab” would probably be co-responsible. Then again you'd be too.
Well I mean the processes are public and all but this is still manufacture of a controlled substance with intent to distribute

On top of that, it is mandated that compounded drugs like these are made in a sterile environment with state approved aseptic technique

No legal disclaimers can get around this

ETA: I can't count. This gives 2:100 = 2% solution which is 10x the recommended limit.

I googled and found a few shops selling BALC in (pure) 99.0% concentration for homemade cosmetics, so I assumed they will ship that in the kit.
Overall we have
1. Good looking guide which hand-waives all cleanliness requirements
2. 10x the recommended benzyl alcohol concentration in the final product
3. a website selling controlled substances out in the open
I think this glows really hard. I can't wait to see how it goes!

I have absolutely no sympathy for anyone willing to inject random internet gender chemicals into themselves. On that note, why the fuck are these people so obsessed with injections and using needles? I'm a grown man but even when I have to get a blood test or whatever it's still jarring to have someone stick me with a needle I do not understand the appeal or why these retards love this shit.

There's a myth that injected hormones can increase feminization. Simply not true, after the age of 18, feminization is limited because puberty is over.
