When ROE was decided, it was very unpopular. Before that decision, most Americans were adamantly opposed to gay marriage. So much so an intiative in California failed by a pretty wide marriage. Scotus intervenes, conjures up some phantom right for gays to marriage, and boom, majority now support, so much so I am not sure it will be possible for quite a long time to put that genie back in the bottle. Ditto with miscegenation before Loving v Virginia. Even Brown v Board of Education was wildly unpopular in its day, but it was not long until that exercise of power convinced the lemmings and normies to fall in line.

"Only marriage between a man and a woman is valid or recognized in California." -- California Constitution, Article 1, Sec 7.5
Say, is it possible to invoke this and literally change every single gay marriage in California to a civil-union? It'd just be a name change, but still the fallout would be hilarious and may play a role in slightly pushing the needle in the other direction.

No because Obergefell overrules it.

SCOTUS would have to undo Obergefell. Which would be an amazing salt mine for the entire country. But also probably never happening.

Say how much of the country would genuinely care if Obergefell got overturned? Like are most people gonna protest on the streets, or are they just gonna say "Oh well, sucks for the gays I guess" and move on with their life?

No one would do much about it. But SCOTUS won't do it. It doesn't really matter what the plebs think, but all the patricians are way too far gone to reconsider Obergefell anytime soon.

But do they really become bi though? I feel that if female sexuality is so malleable to the point that they can be convinced to masturbate to anything these terms just become obsolete, no? They're just describing a continually changing phenomena. I feel like most of the new "genders" (differing shades of mental illness), are just people with varying levels of porn addiction which exacerbates the underlying mental illness that makes a coomer a gooner . On a secondary note, I feel as if though porn plays an extremely large role in furthering one sexual depravity, simply based off of how addiction degenerates the mind.

All I can say is that while irl I have plenty of gay friends, coworkers, and family who I enjoy as people, I know they'd be appalled to know that I would be severely disappointed if any of my children were gay. On a gut level it makes my skin crawl. On a conscious level, I want grandchildren without surrogacy or sperm donation as I find those practices morally repugnant.

Hetero allies I know will get to talking about this and that, and a few times they've expressed exasperation at people who are anything less than ecstatic that their children joined the alphabet, then they look at me like, "can you believe it?!?" Ha ha ha ha. Oh they don't even know I'm one of them.

Also to note doctors for penis removals and boob jobs are more common than more important doctors such as neurologists in many countries.
 
It's not evil, but it should never be promoted (and especially not to children) and the culture surrounding it is disgusting. The only promotion of homosexuality is to encourage homosexuals to commit to monogamous marriages where one takes the male role and the other takes the female role (like they mostly already do like diesel dykes and lipstick lesbians/bears vs twinks). I know they have a lot of issues since gays are very promiscuous and lesbians very abusive, but I feel a lot of the problem is that society devalues marriage and encourages homosexuals toward even worse degeneracy than the simple act of gay sex.. A lot of what goes on in pride parades and gay bars, let alone gay bathhouses, should be prosecuted for obscenity and the venues closed down as vectors of infectious disease such as hepatitis, AIDS, and monkeypox.

I didn't mention transgenders, queers, and everything after that because they aren't even part of the LGB. Most are either attention-seeking homosexuals (the most degenerate of the degenerate) or are sexual perverts and fetishists addicted to porn. That group wouldn't exist if gender ideology wasn't glorified in the West. Some are mentally ill and could probably be cured if actual scientists investigated it.

BTW since it was mentioned, Obergefell is a violation of Constitutional principles since the Supreme Court should not be in effect making their own laws. Same with Lawrence v. Texas, Loving v. Virginia, Roe v. Wade, and Griswold v. Connecticut. If you want to make it legal nationwide, you pass a law, not beg unelected judges.
