That sounds delicious! I'm honestly a huge fan of more tropical hot sauces, which go great with sushi in my past experience. I wish I could try some!
Give it a shot - the floral notes and sweetness from the mango, pineapple and cider vinegar are perfect complements to the fruitiness of habanero.

Awesome - a fellow hot sauce brewer! I go with a habanero, garlic and carrot base and a 4.5% brine and add mango, pineapple, some apple cider vinegar along with just a hit of xanthan gum to keep it stable when blending and post-processing for my favorite sauce. I also spike it with a commercially prepped Carolina reaper mash to amp up the heat.
I've used passion fruit, strawberry, blackberry, mango in the blend. All are good. Never tried the xanthan gum as I just blend it for a long time and I'm not massively fussed about aesthetics.

Other things that also work well, fermented jalapeño blended with kiwi fruit, and also fermented jalapeño blended with dill pickles for a fantastic relish.

I live somewhere where the hottest pepper I can readily get is the habanero so I just stick to that.

Sriracha goes great with everything.

I'll eat pho just for the sriracha kick.

Is Rickey's actually good? I was tempted to try some but shipping to my distant country is triple the cost of the hot sauce.
The only hot sauces that seem to show up here in Australia are Franks, Tabasco, the usual popular stuff. But I do like trying something new.
I bought Rickeys. It's good. Put some in gumbo, added a decent kick
