Are you sure it's fat gain? Muscle weighs significantly more and if it's building
I want to believe. Its been my main cope since i've been doing more strenght exercise than usual.
Not at all. I've gained and lost weight several times through my life, thats why it seems strange and is starting to get demotivating since i know i am putting the effort but i'll just have to wait a couple more months and see .This is especially true if it's your first time truly working out and started as a lunker.
