How do I change the tagline under my profile pic?

OK, I've dedicated 45 minutes today to reading all available KiwiFarms help pages, clicking everything possible on my profile page and now I feel even more like a retard. Those short text taglines under your profile pics: How do you get / change them? Are they only awarded under some special circumstances?

Mine is still disabled and tells me it wants an invitation code. This also applies to other account settings. Something is fucky.

It should be Account Details --> Custom Title

Though i do think theirs a block on it for newer users.
