People misunderstand the concept of temporal paradoxes. Its not "we can't let a temporal paradox happen or it'll destroy the universe" it's "a temporal paradox cannot occur". They're literally impossible. If an event occurs it can't be a temporal paradox by definition. So don't worry OP, you're not stuck in a temporal paradox. You're just suffering from schizophrenia.

  1. Convert yourself into photons.
  2. You will be a massless cluster of particles travelling at the speed of light and unaffected by the time dimension.
  3. Then just travel outside the temporal paradox's influence and convert yourself back.
