The more time you spend bettering and improving yourself, the odds of you getting a girlfriend increase because you will naturally become more confident and comfortable in your own skin. You just have to be used to fucking up and feeling scared because that's what happens when you start putting yourself out there; eventually you become fearless. Fitness, small-talk (with everyone, not just women), saying hi to strangers, going outside, proper self-care and diet and you will eventually find someone who is interested in you

Or you might not but you wont be a coping, fat, sperg asking for advice on kiwifarms anymore so its still a win. Good luck
